I ordered two medium pan pizzas. They came with huge bubbles and definitely didn’t have the extra cheese that I ordered. Which, isn’t the first time this has happened. It was also cut badly and was smashed in the box. It at least was hot and tasted alright. Not super impressed with this store so far. This is the second time I’ve ordered here and I was disappointed last time too. I just thought I’d give it another chance. Probably won’t order here again.

Incoherent Thinker
I’ve ordered from this store twice now. Good service, but for some reason this time the driver completed the order before it was delivered. I decided to wait 30 minutes to see if he would show up. He did show up, however the loaded tots appeared to be half eaten. Either their cutting back on the amount or he ate half of it. Now I did still tip him $20 as he was an older man and I felt bad for him for having to walk up up all the stairs. I’ve included a picture of the loaded tots. They are either bunched up with a smaller amount than usual or my delivery driver are some of it. Not sure if I will order again from this location or not. Probably not. 4 stars because they are always friendly and always smile and the manager is nice. However, paying for an over $50 delivery it would be nice to get the full amount that I ordered.

Had a scheduled a order for the next day at a certain time for a event . Everything went fine and I thought I was good. The next day the time came around to get my order and no one showed up at the time I was told it would be delivered, I called to see if something was wrong. No they just had it sitting and couldn’t get it to me for another 25 minutes. I needed it for the party that had already started so I had someone go pick it up for me. When they arrived they where told no such order existed and then proceeded to argue with them. I then called back asking where was my order and he said oh yeah we have this name on the order. The name they had was not mine and was not the one the gentleman who took my order said . Took over 1 hour to get the 6 large pizzas I ordered and then where cold. Overall not at all good customer service. Was not worth the 98$ we spent.

This location has lots and lots of trainees here, so it’s very busy in PM. The Dominoes app and the screen said done, but 7 minutes later, it was finally done and starting to be boxed. The pizza tasted like frozen cardboard, and there was not much of the puzza that would look like any pizza from the commercials. I’m not sure what regular cheese would be, but extra cheese looked a little shy of even being covering the pizza. There was little sauce to taste anything else besides crust. Dominoes is really providing cheap and low quality products anymore.

Can never get pizza in a timely manner even if I order ahead 7 hours I still cannot get on time. The location either operates far too inefficient or needs to have larger capacity to make more faster. This single location has ruined my view on Domino’s Pizza and not for lack of giving them chances. I have attempted to order over 40 times and only successfully got order 5 times. It’s inexcusable. The day I wrote this review I called specifically knowing the troubles the location has at noon to pick up at 5:30pm because I was on tight schedule for the day. But was told they will not take orders over phone only through app or online. I made the order at 12:13 for 17:30 pickup showed up at 17:40 to pickup and it just made into the prep phase with 70 minutes to go with no exceptions so told them to cancel. With that I have given up on Domino’s and will not place another order. The only way I may reconsider is if I had no choice in the matter. They are lucky that it’s the only location AIT soldiers can go for pizza ergo monopoly on people who have no choice in pizza.

Being from corpus christi and not knowing san antonio that well I ordered a pizza from pizzahut placed order at 630pm by 10pm we had not received nothing they took my funds

Called Domino’s Pizza Got faster results.Pizza was fresh driver was prompt and respectful Samantha was amazing she took the order gave me a eta and beat that time thank you Domino’s in San Antonio. 3390 Willam hardi

Yall! The absolute best! Our instructor brought us pizza during a working lunch and it came out so hot and fresh. I took my first bite into the buttery, garlic crust and immediately fell in love. I asked where they got the pizza from and with a quick reply, they said “Dominoes”. I said “no way, can’t be.” This HAD to be some local pizza shop. In goes the next bite and I experienced the taste of the juicy, fresh pineapple. And yes….pineapple does belong on pizza. And there my friends, is my review of the best pizza in San Antonio. 12/10 would recommend.

Ordered a fairly large order online for delivery at 1030AM, about 25 min after (around 1215PM) it had supposedly been quality checked, I called for a status. The phone line doesn’t work. So I hopped in my vehicle considering I had an office full of hungry people, when I arrived the order still wasn’t fully ready. The manager apologized and gave me a free 2 ltr soda with my order, but I still had to wait about another 15 min before I could depart with my order. Moral, while quality of food is about the same and the workers try to accommodate, order from this location in person only
