Delicious. The protein pancakes were my favourite followed by the wrap, toast and Acai. All were delicious. Maybe the Acai itself a little too sweet like they added some sugar.
Definitely recommend and doesn’t feel like the add unnecessary things to make it unhealthy.
Would recommend and definitely would come back again. Nicest breakfast place we have found in Orlando so far. The drink wasn’t a favourite as it’s too sweet but that’s preference it is just a juice.
Also why do so many places serve packet chips in Orlando? A salad would be a much nicer side for the wrap or fried chips.
The smoothie was also nice would try another flavour next time as the flavour of the protein didn’t match the strawberry banana pineapple.
Staff are also very friendly, nice and the seating is nice.

The protein pancakes were excellent and not too sweet like most places. So if you’re finding it hard to get non-extreme flavoured pancakes this is the place to try.
The passion fruit hibiscus was far too sweet, the acai was also very sweet although I loved the mix of ingredients in the bowl so it’s almost an ideal acai bowl. The chicken wrap was okay, in line with what you’d expect.

This was my 1st time visiting and I’ll definitely be back! The protein pancakes were fluffy and delicious! My friend and I each had one and there was a third one that I took home. They were topped with almond butter, fruit, whipped cream, and were not super sweet. They also didn’t taste like protein powder. I usually rate a breakfast place based on their avocado toast. And they did not disappoint! The toast was perfectly toasted, and the egg was cooked just right! I added bacon to it and the bacon was perfectly crunchy!!! The staff were very nice and attentive! Lastly, the space is well designed and spacious, but still gives a cozy vibe.

I had such an amazing experience at Protein Factory today! Being pretty pregnant, I try to eat healthy — smoothies are one of the few things that sit well with me. I wanted something nutritious but delicious, and this place nailed it.
I got the Pina Colada Protein Smoothie and it was incredible — so smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. Prices are very reasonable for the size and quality, especially compared to the big chains. I also grabbed a steak & bacon sandwich, which was fresh, filling, and made right in front of me.
The staff were so kind and sweet, the shop was spotless and beautifully decorated with real plants, and mod art. You can tell they really care about their customers and the experience they create.
I’ve lived in Florida for 5–6 years and can’t believe I just found this gem! Fresh food, great vibes, and wonderful people — definitely worth supporting this amazing local small business

I came after a good workout and they have such a unique a big menu. I got one of their acai bowls and it was super packed and looks so pretty. The passion fruit and hibiscus refresher looks so pretty and it taste amazing. The workers are calm and nice.

Hubby and I love a good coffee spot. To our surprise, this was much more than what we expected. The choices are robust and the food and drinks were delicious! Loved adding aloe and collagen to my drink… and having waffles high in protein puts cherry on top of it all. Had a chat with the owners and not only were they pleasant, but they were also very passionate in what they do and this guarantees we’ll be loyal customers! Highly recommended.

This place is WONDERFUL! The owner is so kind and puts all his love into his business . The coffee spectacular, the tea so refreshing and the guava waffle a must. The sugar is low but still has so much flavor which is something I look for. The portions are huge!!!!! The price seems high but the quality and size justifies everything! Definitely coming again and very recommended
