One of the best Taco Bell’s! Food was hot, fast and correct. Also, the inside was open and clean, employees were very polite and helpful. I must give a shout out to them for their sauce bar (?) because it was fire!!! Well done, guys.

We did an order online to pickup in the dining room to get ahead of the game before we arrived. Well when we arrived we were informed by an employee sitting outside the door smoking that the dining room was closed. Not really sure why. But anyways then watched a couple employees come outside and argue with profanity. We could not cancel the order so we caught someone in the parking lot who will finally bring us our food when it is ready. What an 1 star experience.

The inside is STILL closed. This location and employees has been terrible for years but I was amazed it has become even worse. The employees clearly don’t care. Food quality is low and service is very slow. If you want to eat outside at the tables there are NO trash cans in sight, and of course the doors are locked so you can’t throw trash away inside. The dumpster doors are impossible to open, too. Are they that lazy that they can’t set out a trash can? Yikes! I guess it’s expected that we just leave the trash at the tables. This location is in dire need of an overhaul.

I used to only have good experiences but this has happened multiple times now. Why are you going to burn a quesadilla, see it completely tarred and black and put it in the bag? You really find that appropriate? You think I want to eat this let alone pay for it? Again, this has happened multiple times. Once I had to go back in and they remade it, but weren’t happy about it. now this. I get all the way home and have a burnt dinner. I should’ve checked before I left but should I really HAVE TO? You’re okay with giving someone this? This should never even be served to someone. I’m livid at this point. I had to pick off the entire top layer to have something edible. Didn’t help that it took forever as well, but it would’ve been worth it if it tasted good like it used to. do better.

Excellent customer service from the young lady Nicole!! She definitely loves her job to deal with these unruly Customers in Peachtree City. She’s very pleasant and very professional. Highly recommend this location!
