My food was way over cooked. My hashbrowns were burnt while my husband’s were cooked correctly, and my egg was cooked over medium and I ordered it cooked over easy. My toast didn’t even have butter on it!
Our server was very inattentive!! My husband asked for more coffee and she never brought it!! She also never came back to see how our food was.

Had a large party with me and not only was our food great, the service we received was EXCELLENT. Our server Andrea was awesome. She was very attentive and very polite. Even when one of my little ones spilled their orange juice all over, she was there very quickly to clean it up while assuring my young daughter that it was ok, and things like this happen sometimes. Which helped with my daughter’s embarrassment.
Will definitely return to this location instead of the casino location.

This is in response to David Cannioto’s review. Dave, I bet your nose is pretty long because you and I both know you did not tell the truth. Your dog barked twice, and I simply told you your dog can’t be barking, and YOU are the one who suggested you leave. Another thing you lied
about is your dog is not a service dog. Just because you have a disability doesn’t mean you can bring any dog into a restaurant and say it’s a service dog. For one, if it was a service dog it would not have been barking nor would the dog lick two customers as you were being shown to your seat. We have cameras that prove everything i’m writing. You tried turning this around to get sympathy and what you need to do is start taking responsibility for yourself and your dog by being honest. Don’t throw me under the bus because you were in the wrong for even thinking you could bring your pet dog into Denny’s. What is so important that you have to dine with your pet dog that you risk interrupting other guests’ dining experience?

Food was way undercooked and not edible. Was a little turned off by the food, so we let our server know we were not happy with the food and was going to go elsewhere. Our server must of had a discussion with her manager, and the food was taken off our check. The server brought us the new revised check with just the cup of coffee on it.
The manager never came over to see what the problem was or apologize for any inconvenience. Was kind of petty to charge us for the coffee, but whatever my wife did, drink a cup. We left the server $5 tip, and she was not the cook, but I have been in the customer service my entire life, and I was dumb founded that the manager would not of even said a word. Asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and received ones cooked on one side, cold in the center and never flipped. Bacon looked like it was never put on the grill and the sausage was little more than room temperature. We eat at Dinnys in Vegas all the time. Bullhead AZ, you let us down

Service was stellar my coffee cup never went dry, nice banter with the waitress. Laid back atmosphere.
