My boyfriend and I come here pretty often to get a quesadilla. We have noticed that it never seems to be cooked, so as a result we ask them to cook it extra and it never is cooked. Nothing also ever tastes the same.

Overall, this Chipotle location impresses with its cleanliness and generous portion sizes. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the restroom, while acceptable, did not meet the same high standard of cleanliness as the rest of the establishment, and the smoked brisket was disappointingly dry.

I have been here and had gross food before or they missed food and today was ridiculous. They were out of white rice so my daughter just said add some extra beans. This is so gross and it was leaking everywhere! So unacceptable couldn’t even eat it as it looked so nasty

Do not go here! Every time we go here there is something wrong with our order. This time was the last straw! Crunchy not cooked rice 2-3 small pieces of Chicken in burrito my wife’s bowl 2/3 full. My sons Steak was over cooked and chewy! My Burrito was so much smaller than my sons! See photos.

Go to Folsom instead/filthy & dangerous: all trash cans overflowing inside and out, ice cubes overflowing from fountain machine tray with a pile on the floor (some left even after half-hearted attempt to sweep up), drink area smelled like mildew and gym socks (maybe the non-slip mat had never been cleaned?), cabinet below left open with stuff out over 15 mins., counters in food prep area not clean, employees walking over water on the ground around the corner where they hide out to chat, didn’t provide the “normal” amount of meat in the bowl, chips were stale. When I first arrived I thought it was in this condition because they were under staffed since I only saw 3 employees behind the counter but as I was sitting to eat, I observed at least 5 of them. They aren’t under staffed, they just don’t care and management doesn’t seem to uphold any standars. Drive to the Folsom location; it’s worth it to avoid this in the future.

Very poor experience. Counter a mess. Tiny portions… even on double orders. Neither the burritos nor the foils were barely wrapped, so they immediately were cold and fell apart. Chipotle has generally become an ultra poor product and value. The only reason I went there is because it was late, and I was traveling. I will never order from Chipotle again .. and this was among the worst locations I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered a bowl via doordash today, I know the bag was already sealed when he picked up the food like it normally is so I know this isn’t the doordashers fault. After almost eating the entire bowl I found this not small BUT VERY LARGE bug near the bottom of the bowl. This is fowl. I get insects can come in through produce but the fact no one caught this is disgusting. Now I feel disgusting. I don’t know what it is but this location is the worst. I have tried so many times to give it the benefit of the doubt but there’s always something wrong. I definitely want a refund for this bowl. This is fowl.

The order pickup here is the worst process. They don’t put the orders out to grab anymore because I’m assuming people were stealing so they move them behind the counter… but then there’s also no one there to get the order for you. Would take shorter time just waiting in line to order.
I ordered a burrito from the app and I finally get to pick it up and I get home and it’s actually a burrito bowl.. how do you mess that up?

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed. Mobile order and the apple juice was missing. I did not realize until I started to drive home. Upon returning, I was told that they ran out with no apology or solutions. I had to take the initiative to ask for a replacement with the bottled apple juice and was told that I could only get a fountain drink (not suitable for a 2 year old). I was told no then requested a refund. The manager stated that “they don’t do refunds” and “it wasn’t her fault that my son won’t drink a fountain drink.” I was not the only guest appalled by the interaction, another guest provided me with her contact info as a witness. I left with no solution. The manager on dusty refused to give me her name. Young Caucasian woman with curly dirty blonde hair. I will not be returning and will spread the word.
