the most tasty donuts and they always surprise me with new flavors. Every time I go the donuts are soft, fresh and smell amazing. I like how they make different kinds so I never get bored. Always fun to stop by for coffee and few donuts, it really make my day better.

Its horrible how Krispy K has great marketing, great partnerships, adorable donuts, but then you get your “treat and the worker smashes one charachter on top of another ruining the presentation. How does a customer ask for a respected donut? Where, say, the donut is presented with pride and respect for the end user? Not smashed. Why are you not responding to how badly the hiring manager is for this Evergreen Park location. You are stupidly working against yourself.

Dec 2025 – This Oak Lawn Location on Western Avenue has only one person working the front counter and the drive through and the pick up delivery orders, so it takes a while to get an order fulfilled, and I was only 1 of two inside. I went in to get one of the adorable Santa Bismarck’s but then I saw they sell ghirardelli chocolate in their hot chocolate so, as adorable as the Santa doughnut is, I left with a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll and one of the new cinnamon apple filled bismarcks. You must go in between, I think it’s 7 and 9 in the morning and maybe one other time in the afternoon, to watch the doughnuts fall off the conveyor belt and get flipped over and then to see all the sugar glaze that gets dumped on the donut, it’s really a sight to see and will bring you a great smile on your face.

Everything here was so wonderful from the cleanliness to the energy level. Music was at a good level comfortable seating. Donuts and Coffee were delicious. They have playfully designed donuts. I will for sure be coming back here. Keep up the great work.

She is amazing! She introduced my friend and I me to all of the donuts- yup I said it.. she took us to” Italy” where we were able to explore canoli donuts, tiramisu donuts and limo’n donuts…. delicious. Also that pumpkin spice donuts.. oh and don’t forget we have to have the pumpkin spice latte to go with the sweet donuts she was great in reminding us.
Needless to say we’re sugar wasted!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life dealing with the manager here. There was an issue with a wrong delivery and door dash and instead of listening with proper customer service she yelled at me and told me that door dash was lying. Do not order from here. There was also a ton of yelling in the background, what kind of place is this?

The donuts are the reason your customers come in. But the customer service is horrible. I called to ask if there were valentines donuts. The woman on the phone told me no. While looking for an alternative treat to bring to my son’s school I noticed that this location had the specialty donuts available on Uber Eats. I remembered that I have had an issue like this before at this location. I placed the order to see if it would be fulfilled. Sure enough, it did. When I came in to pick them up, no greeting customers, they actually don’t even acknowledge you at all and just let you stand there. The young lady walked right past me and wouldn’t have even asked what I needed assistance with or tried to take my order had I not asked her in passing if she had an order with my name on it.

This location needs better customer service, the workers here are horrible, they work with AirPods on and when you talk to them they ignore you. I placed an order online for pickup, placed order on 12/30 for pickup on 12/31 at 4pm and when I got there, they didn’t have my order ( no donuts ) my order was paid for and no order. They don’t refund your money there at the store, you have to call corporate wich i did and the girl who answered ( Michelle ) didn’t know how long it will take, to get my money back. She wasn’t able to even tell me if will take 48 or 72 hrs. This isn’t the first time, I have an issue at this location, I won’t be coming back.

Business is closed during business hours. That’s the first thing that’s wrong. The entire staff is completely rude and unprofessional. That’s the second problem that’s wrong, didn’t have the order ready and questioned me about the order. That’s the third thing that’s wrong. I’m gonna stop right here because 3 strikes, and you’re out close this restaurant down. They don’t know what they’re doing, and they don’t know how to effectively communicate with people.

Very additive! I can’t just have one. Freshly made, placed order through their website. Order was not ready but I appreciated them nice and warm just as they come out. Customer service was nice and friendly. It was a great experience to be able to see how these delicious doughnuts are made.
