This location SUCKS! customer service sucks and sandwiches not so fresh.
Went into restaurant ordered my sandwich and a few minutes later I found out that they had put my sandwich on the pick up section like for Uber eats etc..so my food was just sitting there getting nasty. And JJ’s staff like nothing happened horrible customer service!
Will be sticking with fresher and more flavorful subs and most of all way better customer service at Jersey Mike’s.

I ordered a togo tuna sandwich at 5:55pm.
The heavyset guy with the bandana working the evening shift 02/24/26 still didn’t have it ready past 10 mins after.
He said he would call it out once it was ready.
Let alone it was an empty store with 2 people waiting to see what they still wanted to order.
I’m just frustrated because he could have been getting my order ready while he was speaking to them but instead, he was just staring and standing at the cash register and I know he knew I was sitting and waiting.
Sad thing is he doesn’t even apologize for the late order after he hands me the order.
As a former employee at that store it’s very disappointing.
Remember it’s supposed to be “freaky fast” not freaky slow, sorry not sorry.

I arrived here before closing time and the store was already locked and turned off. Both the app and the website says this location is open until 9PM. Good thing I didn’t order online before I came here or they’d keep my money and give me nothing. Employees seem to be bums who can’t complete their jobs. 1/21/26

The hours say 9pm… Walked inside before 6:30pm this evening (7/24/25) and the cashier says “we’re out of bread”. I knew that was BS because there was someone already in there who received a sandwich and she was also making another sandwich. I don’t know if that was her way of lying or being prejudice. That’s not customer service at all. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years. If you are going to close at 7pm, you need to have it reflect for your location and also have a sign on the door as well.

Hours online show they open until 9pm. Quite a drive from where we live and only to show up at 7pm and they are closed with workers still inside. If there are new hours, then these hours should reflect online and people don’t waste their time driving here.

Service sucks. The employees act nice but make sure to not have any bread available so they can tell you it will take 15 min to make. So that you can decide to leave rather than order. Twice this has happened to me.
