This place needs a new manager and new workers. I went by when they weren’t even that busy and the pizza they cooked me wasn’t even cooked all the way or cut the right way and the breadsticks wasn’t even done they were just dough. Hire some workers that really care and get them young workers that wants a pay check out of there or just shut the place down. The one in Lake Jackson is good but Clute little Caesar is horrible. If I could give this place a negative 5 I would it’s that bad.

Every time ive gone in I have to make sure to check my pizzas because they’re always trying to give me a wrong one. Today I ordered AND PAID FOR two stuffed crust pizzas and they only gave me one. And my pretzel pizza didn’t even have any salt on the crust. The pizza is good I just wish they would pay attention to what they’re giving us

The cashier with red glasses was very thorough. My kiddo is super duper picky and she asked all the right questions to make sure he got exactly what he wanted. Now that we are home, and my kiddo is eating, he said the pizza tastes divine!

Got the pretzel crust pizza. It was not pretzel dough, it was just normal dough with salt on it. Sauce wasnt an option and had a cream sauce which was disgusting. All it was, was a normal pizza with salt all over it and cream sauce. Horrid dont order it

The food here is good in general. Its Little Caesars so it’s cheap but tasty IMO. Three stars for food because there is a chance the crust will be underdone and doughy. But the real annoyance with this particular Little Caesars is their customer service. They can take upwards of 7 minutes of calling to pick up the phone, and are generally not the friendliest. The establishment is also quite run down and decrepit, the intercom in their drive way is broken and the interior doesn’t look the best. So in conclusion their food for the most part is good, but order online to avoid the employees.

Walked in, nice store. Cashier somewhat rude. Ignored by cashier for about 4 minutes when there was no one else in the store. They had their headphones in not talking to us. I ordered a large pepperoni, and they managed to burn it along with it being flat, old, and no sauce in it.

The level if non existent customer service here is really crazy. You mad at me cause you ruined the food I paid for. You’ll will never get another dollar of mine. No apology, not even just thank-you for coming back, didn’t even look at the sorry excuse for a pizza they gave me. The attitudes, if you mad about where you work do better that’s not my problem. If I could give no stars I would. A simple I apologize your order is not what it should have been could’ve changed the whole outcome of the situation. Trash service at best

I ordered delivery on Saturday and spent $29 only to have half of my order delivered. I immediately reached out to the deliverer and then the customer service for little Caesar’s. I have to leave a detailed message and here it is, Thursday, and I still haven’t heard anything. I just spent money on food that was not fully delivered. I’m very disappointment with customer service for dropping the ball and not reaching out to me.

Upon arriving to Little Ceasars, I was immediately greeted by a very kind young lady named Miss Samantha! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!
