Worst pizza I ever had in my life! Asked them to not make the crust well done so he gives me a pie that looks like it was 3 days old . 50 cents worth of cheese , sauce and dough…. Nice profit but who cares what the customer thinks right??? Beware !!

Worst of the worst!!! We use to order Tommies All the time and then it turned to garbage. I gave it one last chance and it totally disappointed one last time. Over the time it was told it would be delivered and we are literally less than 5 minutes away. And pizza was most likely reheated! They left a topping off of the pizza that I paid for wings were terrible!!! Please don’t have a bunch of teenagers running ur business if u want to stay in business, because obviously they don’t care. Won’t ever go back to Tommies!!! It would be zero stars if I could!!

Update: Called Tommy’s and they made it right!
This place used to be our go-to and we had nothing but good experiences but recently, the past several times we’ve ordered we have had nothing but issues. Between taking over an hour for deliveries (on week days later at night, not during dinner rush) and then today not bringing our garlic knots we had ordered and being over 15 min late with the delivery… The food has also been over cooked recently and our pizza today wasn’t even hot. We usually tip the drivers good so I’m not sure if it’s just us who has been experiencing this? But we will be finding a new pizza place to order from going forward.

Tried the pizza for the first time. It sure looked good but there was barely any sauce on it. What was on it, you couldn’t even taste. Very disappointed.

I ordered a 12 cut pizza for pickup. It look pretty disorganized behind the counter. I brought the pizza to our outside event and when I opened the box, the pizza wasn’t cut. No one with us had a knife. Pretty disappointed and messy.

Ordered the 12 cut, 20 wings special….pizza barely had any sauce or cheese on it and the bottom could have been cooked longer as it was very doughy & the wings were SO dry, very dark in color—seems like they were fried twice. $50 later, very disappointing.

Ordered 1 order of wings and antipasto when food was delivered the wings obviously got dumped blue cheese container open upside down with the wings and they weren’t in the container and only had 7 wings I guess the rest were on the floor of his vehicle and no dressing for the antiposta and he got a 20 dollar tip stay away from Tommy’s

We only tried it twice ( had to try again as the first time wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t fantastic either. ) second time was the same, just okay. Could use small improvement in quality of ingredients, and definitely more toppings for your dollar. To be fair, competition is tough trying to review pizzerias, and there’s just brilliant places out there. That being said, they have a monopoly on that particular location, so although not spectacular, it’s still appealing. I hate leaving less than positive reviews, but I can’t lie to you all either… Side note, online orders, put in more than an hour ahead, should be ready within 10 to 15 minutes of the promised time, and customers, (we know you’re all busy in the kitchen, but) should at least be greeted when they come in the door Hope to try again in a few months, see if there’s any change.
