The culinary offerings at this establishment truly elevate dining to an extraordinary level! Take, for instance, the chimichanga—an astonishingly large creation, it’s easily the most impressive I have ever encountered. Its exterior is a beautiful, deep golden brown, perfectly crisped to a delightful crunch that gives way to a robust and savory filling; each bite is a burst of expertly blended flavors that dance on your palate. This dish is a true homage to authentic Mexican cuisine, thoughtfully prepared and served piping hot, beckoning you to indulge.
During lunch hours, the ambiance transforms into a serene oasis, where the soft murmur of conversation and gentle music create a calm and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to relish every moment of your meal. The service complements the experience beautifully; the staff is not only warm and welcoming but also remarkably efficient, ensuring that your needs are met promptly without feeling rushed. This combination of exquisite food, a tranquil environment, and exceptional service culminates in a dining experience that is not just satisfying but truly memorable.

The food was so good, and my horchata was yummy and refreshing! I like the atmosphere here too. Glad we finally checked it out! Only reason I docked a star on service was because when my boyfriend asked for a refill, the waitress mistakenly got him a glass of water instead of the pop he ordered.

Overall, a good first impression. We wanted to try a new restaurant, and Mami Finas came up when we did a Google search. We started with chips and a bowl of the queso dip and salsa. The salsa was probably one of the best I’ve had in the area, and the chips had good flavor as well. We then shared two of the chef specialty burritos, the California and the Arizona. They were both good. The french fries in the California one were nice and crunchy. I think they both would have been better with queso on top, but that’s just my opinion. We finished with the churro and ice cream, which were also very good. Prices were a little high for the amount of food, but quality was good. Service was good, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the choices.

In their defense, it was the Lord Of The Rings weekend. Super busy. The food was just ok. The Fajitas, steak and shrimp were seasoned with what I would say was Blackened. Not at all what I like. The tortillas were almost burnt. The chicken burrito was mostly lettuce inside. No cheese on any of them. Our server, an awesome young lady, was on it. Drinks filled, got us the extras we asked for and all done with a smile. I could also tell they were very short help. We will probably go back and try it again but not on a themed weekend.

Solid choice for Mexican! Service was a little spotty. Waitress didn’t clear plates as we finished and messed up on a couple of things. She never brought the check either. I had to go up to the counter to pay. These are fixable things though! Overall it was a good experience with good food!

Bright and cheerful atmosphere. Server was personable and attentive. She offered that the chef would accommodate us with requests for things not on the menu. 2 nights a month on Tuesdays, they have bingo. Very clean.

Took the family here and it was AWESOME. The restaurant itself is super nice inside. Server was friendly and polite. Food is A+. Highly recommend the Baja fish tacos. Best fish taco I’ve ever had! Will be back!
Edit 11/15/25. I still love this place but I feel like I have to say this. Do NOT come here on a themed weekend. It’s like a different restaurant. They had a super limited menu (no mention or warning of this anywhere). The food I had was EXTREMELY salty. The burritos we got were dry and plain. Please give this place a try just NOT ON A THEMED WEEKEND.

We’re riding the OTET and stopped for lunch and had guacamole and tacos. Friendly staff, easy to park bikes. We definitely recommend anyone riding the OTET to eat here for lunch or dinner

The food was good we asked for more chips and the second round some were soggy no biggie because we know why. They are soooo short staffed. The waitress it was her first night on the job and she was alone. They had a crowd but not a full house. Owner is the cook I think well he was also seating people. It was a weekend so we understood things took longer and a few things off with our order. No biggie we had party of7. The place is a goldmine with the right staff. I have to say we was the loudest group and no one seemed to mind. All in all it’s a great place they just need some help.
