Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order that I ended up having to walk inside and ask for when I placed it to be curbside. Watched them hand out several drive through orders while they ignored several people in the lobby. Had someone look directly at me, help another guest, and try to walk away before I got his attention with his back to me. Go to the any other location besides this one

Last I checked, if an order was messed up, it’s not protocol to take it back and slap another patty on, especially after I left the building with that food. It should have been fully remade. The only reason I didn’t really say anything at the moment was because the burger happened to only be for my dog.

I will have to change this McDonalds for another one, I waited for a group of girl employees to finish their conversation to be helped. The worst customer service, plus they didn’t want to help my daughter get her toy from under the Play station, Im guessing the locks are for design this generation is so lazy

This location tends to get less busy vs it’s 3500 S counterpart on some days. Service is decent speed, even when they go down to 1 lane. Food tastes the same like any other location. Again, I’ll come by here since it’s usually less busy.
