Absolutely phenomenal! These wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, generously coated in a rich, bold medium buffalo sauce that delivered just the right balance of heat and flavor. The fries were warm and seasoned well—great for dipping into the cool, creamy ranch that paired beautifully with the spice of the wings. Portions were generous, presentation was appetizing, and every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. This is comfort food done right. Best BWW in the area by far.

Ordered for pick up. The chicken wrap was amazing, fries and tots were also so yummy. The American burger was so good. The honey BBQ boneless wings were definitely a 10/10. Staff were so friendly, the place was crowded for sure they had a line at the door for dine in. Over all I had an amazing experience I’ll definitely be returning back!

We dined in we had a waitress named Hope She was amazing and attentive professional. She made sure me and my boys had what we needed and I really do appreciate her. She’s an awesome person and she made the experience even better. Food was amazing as always place was clean friendly environment Still a 10/10 for me!

I stopped by here during the week and seated myself per the sign at the empty hostess station in the sparsely filled restaurant, except for a party of 12 seated near me.
It took about 30 minutes to get the Lunch special of 10 boneless wings and fries. The wings were small and lukewarm. I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait for new ones or a reheat, so I just ate them. Some of the celery was not fresh.
High/low top, booth, and bar seating. Loud music is playing. Service for refills was good. Bathrooms are dirty. This was my second time at this particular BDub’s. There will not be a third time here.

I wanted to share some feedback about our recent order from Buffalo Wild Wings(Take out).My child ordered a burger that he usually enjoys, but this time he complained it didn’t taste good. At first, we thought he was being picky — until we checked and saw that the bun was completely burnt.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but we hope more attention can be given to food quality and preparation in the future. It would be great if the team could watch out for this to ensure consistency and better quality .We hope our next visit will be back to the great experience we’ve had before.

Had food delivered from this location and it was less than satisfactory. It took over an hour to prepare an amount of food for 5 people. It was an hour and fifteen minutes at least from the time I ordered and our place was just around the corner. Even the delivery driver acknowledged how poor their capabilities are when they get an excess of 10 people in their restaurant. His communication was exemplary and he did his job well. He lost money waiting for my food as well I’m sure. When I got my food it wasn’t even accurate. The sampler we ordered had wrong items in it. Been to many different locations and majority of them have problems like this. Next time we’ll go to Copperstones for some decent food and service. It’s been said many times, but please do better.

So originally my bf ordered online and used a gift card we had..well when I went to the store to pick up, they never received my order. I had a picture of the amount and saying it was paid for….well after I talked to a couple different managers, we got it figured out. I really appreciate the manager that helped me, and came up with the solution, great customer service! The food was really good too, my favorite being their pretzels, and then the jammin’ jalapeno wings!

My husband had been trying to get me to go to a Buffalo Wild Wings for years. We stopped in to this location and have been back every week since. The food is always perfect. Service is always top notch and attentive and the atmosphere always great. Even the management comes out to check on us every time. I actually look forward to our Thursday date nights at this BDubs! Keep up the great work.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. From the start, our server didn’t give us a drink menu. When our food arrived, there was hair in it, which was extremely off-putting. I had to flag the server down twice because he didn’t check back on our table, while he was helping all of the tables around us.
When my replacement food finally came out, it was missing the celery and carrots. While the item was taken off the bill, the service overall was terrible and really took away from the experience. On top of that, a manager never came over to address the situation. Our server also never brought me water after asking.
After a long day, I was really looking forward to a nice dinner, and instead it was nothing but frustration. I’m very disappointed and don’t see myself returning anytime soon

I placed a carry out order of almost $50. They forgot my sides of sour cream. Food was cold. Food is mediocre, used to be much better.

Completely unacceptable experience. An employee was using explicit language loudly in the dining room, in front of toddlers and families, and then openly said they were going to quit — all within earshot of guests.
This is a family restaurant, and that kind of behavior is disgusting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Management should never allow that level of disrespect toward customers, especially when children are present.
We won’t be returning unless there’s serious accountability and better standards enforced.
