Absolutely the worst. I ordered an online pick. Went to pick it up. Waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes with only 3 cars a head of me. I paid extra for bbq to dip onto my fries. They didn’t give it to me. They didn’t even fill the fry containers with the fries all the way. Came home and my whole order was cold. And the lady that served up seemed completely oblivious to everything. I am not sure if it was her first day but a drive through is not for her. I used to work fast food and never was that slow with everything. Not even on my first day of work. I am not even sure if it was her first day or not but assuming it is because of how confused she was. You need to do better Wendy’s plus I ordered a JBC sandwich and they gave me a chicken sandwich.

Every time I frequent disestablishment my order is always correct and I receive it in a timely manner. The restaurant seems up the standard where cleanliness is concerned. I also appreciate the value deals they have especially when you take into consideration how expensive just about every other fast food restaurant has gotten.

I just want to commend the team at this Wendy’s location. Other fast-food places often make mistakes with orders, but this one doesn’t. They’re consistently accurate, friendly, and their service is truly legendary. It’s refreshing to visit a place that gets it right every time. Thank you for the great experience!

Behavior of the night shift is absolutely ratchet. I ordered togo and waited for 20 additional minutes for my meals. the staff was loudly talking/cussing while also ignoring customers in line. While i was waiting, me and the woman in line next to me witnessed the cashier loudly complaining to her management about a young girl who was waiting for her order. No damn joke this young girl started CRYIN. How are you doing so much as to make a customer cry?? it was downright embarrassing for the manager and the staff. we heard the girl talking to the manager and she was the most softspoken little thing I felt so bad. Ive never seen such Horrible behavior from the staff. I was picking up my order but based on this experience I will never be coming in again, cashier with pink hair needs an attitude and volume adjustment, and management needs to step up and keep those conversations in the kitchen. By the time i got it my food was cold and my bun was soggy. Not to mention half the sodas were flat. Im so dissappointed. Don’t go here.

I have reviewed this place before, and it has been amazing….until I ordered delivery yesterday. So I placed an order for delivery…an Asiago chicken combo and a Big Bacon Classic combo, and
a medium frosty, pretty easy, right?? Wrong!!! The food was cold, didn’t have the extra items on there that I asked for including the bacon on the burger when I tell you they are cold, they looked like they were made the day before and just sent in the bag. And don’t forget the fries… they were cold, hard, and really inedible. And finally I ordered a frosty which the delivery driver had no clue about…when I took my order in, the drinks were without ice and warm. I even asked the driver where my frosty was, and he was clueless. So I called the restaurant and complained about my order. I had taken pictures so they would understand how I felt, and I will place them below. The woman Debbie that I talked to blamed it on the delivery driver but there is no way that ordering 30 minutes before he arrived could have produced such sandwiches and food….and she said for this time only she would remake my order but I would have to pick it up….that kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Needless to say, I will be finding a new Wendy’s because this one has lost my business for good. I felt like no one cared that I had spent a bunch of money in there, but no more. Word of advice…never order delivery from them….EVER!! You will never know what you are being served…

First time in months that I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It’s my favorite Chicken Sandwich but what me and my boyfriend got tonight is by no means close to what I use to get when ordering it. In both Sandwiches there was barely no Actual Chicken Meat in there not to mention the edges where hard. They were the worst Spicy Chicken Sandwiches we have ever had. Not sure why the chicken was flatten to a paper thin piece then fried and over fried cause that is not how the Sandwich is supposed to be.

I haven’t had Wendy’s for about 30 years. This place was great, super fast and friendly. The food was delicious, they have stepped their game up in 30 years I got the 11 (I think) Asiago chicken with frosty, of course!

If I could give this store -5 I would ! The night shift is so incredibly unprofessional! The wait times are outrageous nothing you order from Wendy’s would justify a 30 mins drive thru wait! I ordered tonight after sitting and waiting I get home start to eat my chicken sandwich and it raw in the middle ! How on earth does someone wait 30 mins and STILL receive uncooked chicken! Then when I called to notify the store the employee who answered the phone was rude I asked to speak to a manager and her response was “for what” . Then drops the phone and yells to the manager that someone with a smart ass mouth wants to talk to you. WOW the manager gets on the phone and is completely unapologetic and even told me I’d have to see it I just looked at the chicken it’s cooked ….. are you kidding me ?! I have worked in customer service for years and this place is terrible and has been for years but this was the last straw ! I pray I do not get food poisoning.

Food has gone downhill at this Wendy’s, and more often then not your food is literally thrown together with little consideration to presentation. Consistently poor service attitude. Do not ask questions as your are more than likely going to get irritation from the drive-thru staff. Atmosphere is typical for a fast food restaurant in poor urban areas.
