Very nice experience each time, the inside is beautiful and gives a nice quiet ambiance, nice staff and clean restaurant. The food is amazing with a great selection and love the soup or salad option with purchase of an entree. Always have warm breadsticks for the table. (Both locations I feel this way about)

Our servers name was Christopher. Excellent skills in food service. Knew menu and particulars. My family(party of 6) was celebrating our Christmas dinner delayed due to illness. Kept us supplied in drinks,bread and salad. Everyone enjoyed their different selections on the menu. Kudos to entire staff. We are a family of Italians. Food is our life…Buon appetit!

The new smaller portion sizes now offered on the menu let’s customers like seniors, dieters or people with small appetites enjoy the same wonderful entrees but in a smaller scale. It is also cost savings for those who want to save a little extra money.

My daughter and I have eaten at the restaurant in Hixson TN on several occasions. We love Olive Garden or should I say we used to love it The past two times we ate there we had the same server, Analise. The first time she was very slow bringing anything out and after we got our food she just disappeared.
Tonight we went back and unfortunately got her as server again. We didn’t think it could be worse but we were wrong. It took forever to get our food and she kept saying she didn’t know why ♀️ Later the manager came by and asked how everything was and when we told him she had just disappeared AGAIN he just said I’ll go get her like he was completely unconcerned

The bread sticks here are by far the BEST. We stopped in for early dinner while in the area from out of town. Over the past 20 years we have been going to olive garden so we know bread sticks. And these were BY FAR THE BEST. Manager was super friendly and environment was amazing.

the three start review is not even for the food itself. It’s the service we received today.My mom came in and told the people up front it would be 3 people total ( her, my brother, and me) I was running a bit late so it was just my mom and my brother. As the hostess looked for who’s turn it was to take our table, she told a young lady with black and blond braids that it was her turn to take the table. The young lady rolled her eyes , looked at my mom up and down , and made ugly faces towards her. When she sat down she proceeded to take my moms order with a terrible attitude. Maybe she had a long day and that’s why she was the way she was. I just hope she notices it’s not professional whatsoever and in a company like that, that kind of attitude is not acceptable. Overall, The manager did make us feel welcomed and was very polite.
