Felicia was an outstanding waitress and really took care of us. She was personable and the best waitress I’ve had in a long time. The food was great, the drinks were great, and we had a really good time. Their menu has changed tremendously and there was lots of great options. Rilynne Was a great hostess and made sure to greet us and tell us bye. We will definitely be back soon!

Super busy night, but we were seated in under 10 minutes. Our server Dominique was AMAZING.. drinks out in 5 minutes, super friendly, and handled our large party like a pro. Food came out fast (15–20 minutes) and everything was delicious. Great service, great staff, great experience. Shoutout to Dominique!

Had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster last night celebrating our son’s birthday! The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and best of all the service was exceptional! Paige was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve had at Red Lobster. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She checked in at all the right times, made great menu recommendations, and kept everything moving smoothly without ever feeling rushed.
You can tell she really cares about her customers. our drinks were always full, our food came out perfect, and her attitude made the whole experience better. It’s servers like Paige that make you want to come back. If you’re dining here, ask for her—you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences. Our server was absolutely great, she was not disappointing.
I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years. Tonight was a special occasion. Now I wish we had gone somewhere else. Food was sub par at best. Overcooked, under seasoned, just blah. Everything got cold before we could finish. My wife’s scampi was swimming in butter, mine was literally dry. Lobster tail was bordering rubbery. My son’s steak was cooked well when he ordered medium(he doesn’t complain) so he still ate it. My steak was cooked as I requested but it was tough and bland. Overall definitely not worth what it cost.

Unfortunately Valentines day bust. We waited for over an hour for our food. Then the food wasn’t cooked well. Had to send a steak back to cook to medium well it was rare. The wait staff did the best they could. Maybe will try again in ten year’s or so. Maybe if you go on an off day.. but still should be a big day for them they dropped the ball

We had Kaylee for our server and she was EXCELLENT! She checked on us several times during our meal and was always prompt and not forgetting anything that we requested. No complaints with this server! She was superb!!! Thanks Kaylee. You were AWESOME!!!
