The ice cream was great. I shared a banana split and was surprised to have marshmallow cream instead of pineapple. Different than I’m accustomed to, for sure. The staff was less impressive and seemed to be bothered that I was ordering. But, to be fair, there were tons of high-schoolers in the place. I imagine they could’ve been stressful.

This is the BEST Braum’s in the state! Located at Porter and Robinson in Norman, Their hamburgers are the best I’ve had at any Braums. I have been here multiple times and it is always the same. They have always been well staffed which might make the difference. Whatever it is I look forward to stopping anytime I am nearby.

This five star review goes out to the woman on shift at 10 pm on 2/2/26 that went above and beyond to accommodated my food allergies. I really appreciate it very much as its challenging to eat out, especially when employees don’t care. I wish I had caught her name but hopefully the managers see this and ask who was working the second drive through window tonight because she deserves praise for her graciousness. Thank you!

I don’t typically take the time to leave reviews on fast food but I’m quite annoyed. I’ve never had problems with this Braums but tonight there is just the rudest staff working. There were three different staff members that did not hardly even say a word to when I pulled up to either window. Every single one of them were being very passive aggressive. I had to circle back around because my order was not correct but this is why you read your order back to prevent this from happening. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand the rush is very stressful but if you can’t handle it then maybe you shouldn’t work at a fast food joint. We don’t come here very often but this one is always been a very good location up until tonight and that’s very disappointing.

Random Bell (one of the managers)he was working the pickup window. He asked us to pull up and park to get our two burger combos. I asked if I could get a water and he looked at me with a attitude and a snappy voice and said I’ll send it out with your food. A girl bought out the food and no water. He could have given me the water when I was at the pick up window.
Allowing someone to manage a Braums with no customer service skills is so unfortunate. On top of that his hair was greasy, he looked dirty and disheveled. ALL of this is not a good look for Braums. I’ve always held braums and its stores and service to high standards because of its history of quality all around the board. I deploy you to not just look for a warm body to manage your business. I won’t br stopping by this store on East Robinson again after today.

Only thing correct was the drinks. We went through the drive through. We ordered two hamburger meals. We drove off and had to make a stop before we ate. When we finally had time to eat the food it was one chicken finger meal with French fries. The worst part is they got the drinks part but didn’t put together they gorlt two drinks and one meal. This is not the first time they messed up our officer there

It was okay, customer service really doesn’t exist anymore with the young kids. I just wish the managers would enforce, introduce and lead these kids on proper customer service.

I dont like grocery shopping to take more than about a half hour so I get most of my groceries here. Everything is so fresh and I believe it lasts longer after I get it home than some things I used to buy elsewhere.
