Eggingtons Oh my gosh, I had an amazing breakfast at this historic down building! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.
I had the cowboy skillet, and it was absolutely delicious! The home-style potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and there were multiple meats to choose from. The gravy was to die for! My wife had the waffles, and they were nice and crispy. My grandson had the breakfast burrito, and it was huge! It tasted really good, even though it was a bit too big for me.
If you’re ever in Casper, this is the place to have breakfast!

First of all, amazing restaurant! Gotta try it if you’re not from Casper. Second, amazing staff! Megan was such a kind person and went the extra mile to help and out of towner. Finally, they care about their community! I don’t know if it was the owner or a manager but a homeless man was outside and she brought him a full meal and it was not unappreciated! Incredible place, a must try!

Eggintons is a great breakfast spot in downtown Casper. The restaurant was recommended to us by locals that we were working with at various sites. When we arrived at the location, it was very busy, so we checked in and provided our phone number to be called when a table was ready. We were quoted 30 minutes, but had a table in 20 minutes. Once we sat down, the server was quick to ask us our drink orders and we started browsing the menu. I decided to get the Eggs Benedict while my coworker got the sandwich.
The food arrived pretty quickly and it was all terrific. If I had any complaints, I wish my hash browns were crisper. Other than that, it was all a great experience.

Eggingtons is one of our most favorite places in Casper. It was one of the first places we came to when we moved here and haven’t looked back since! Their food is always consistent and fresh, their coffee is roasted here in town by another family owned company & their staff has incredibly low turnover (basically nonexistent)! I LOVE this place and the people in it – the food makes it even more incredible!

Pretty good food, though it can be a bit difficult to get into sometimes because it’s a trendy place. It’s a little less “Mom’s cooking” and a little more new twists on old classics. Check the menu online before you come in, because there’s some standard breakfasts that you may be expecting that you won’t find here (no biscuits and gravy, for example)

When you walk in the door you’re greeted by the greatest environment there’s a small space for those waiting on tables, my wife and I only had to wait 10 minutes or so.
The staff is absolutely attentive and make sure that you are taken care of when you sit down. Everything we ordered from drinks to food tasted great!
The menu is a little overwhelming but those of us who love food won’t care that just means there’s better options to choose from.

Every employee was professional, cheerful, courteous, and obviously cared a great deal to provide a 5 star meal experience. It was crazy busy, but we never went more than 5-10 minutes without being checked on. Everything we ordered, to include extras, was served in its entirety at the same time. The staff. Can’t say enough good about them. It really felt more like they were all friends I hadn’t seen in a while. The place was extremely clean, floor board to ceiling. The restroom was clean as a restroom can be. Very unique decor. My new go to restaurant is Eggington’s. The menu was 6 full pages. You’d have to go there every day for several months to try everything on the menu. Crazy variety of food offered. They check you out at your table, so your debit card is never out of your sight. Food was excellent. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. And oh my goodness, the bakery items in the front counter…… Absolutely, insanely delicious. For the amount of food, quality of food, variety of food and exceptional service, the price is most definitely fair range. Lower than I expected …shhhh.. don’t tell them that.
