I used to see the ad on TV since I was a kid first time ever trying this shake. I visited on 3-1-2026. My first time actually going inside of this location. A couple of days ago I visited the location on Memorial Dr for this Shamrock Shake it was not available I even got a quick meal from there. I immediately left there and I went to the Candler Rd location to try to get this shake because it’s seasonal. I then went home to eat my meal and later on that day I had to go to Lithonia so I made a pit stop on Wesley Chapel at the McDonald’s for my shake no luck. I actually called this location on the phone and I spoke with a employee and she told me that they have the shake and their machine works. So I pulled up to get a shake delicious definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.

The BearBaer pack devoured sausage mcmuffins today, and found the parking area to be very spacious, and a good spot to take a time out for the morning. My oreo shamrock shake was very delicious, and I recharged my phone in the warm quiet inside.

This morning, I placed an order using the kiosk at our local McDonald’s. I was extremely troubled this morning & very worried over many things. When my number was called, the woman who handed me my bag & drink cups greeted me with warmth & such kindness. I thanked her & she sweetly said, ‘You’re welcome, Love,’ It made me tear up. In my heart, I blessed her & lifted up a prayer for her & those she loves. Just that simple show of care & tenderness from her, lifted my troubled heart & moved me.
This is our local McDonalds, so we often interface with the team here. In fact, my husband will often take a break from working in the evenings to go have a coke. No place can beat a MdDonald’s soda. NO PLACE! When the manager is there, she greets him by name. I love this so much! It’s these little displays of kindness that speak volumes to people. And we’ve witnessed firsthand what these employees have to deal with from rude people to ones that are flat out disrespectful & cruel to them. I value each of these employees & sing their praises as loud & as often as I can. Thank you Decatur McDonald’s! We see you & we are grateful for you.

Just came from here about 30 minutes ago m. Was greeted immediately when I got inside, I made a mobile order right before I walked in the door and they had it ready in less than 5 minutes. Food was piping hot and fresh, you could tell the difference fresh oil makes on the fries, my double hamburger was extremely good too. This is the type of McDonald’s that actually makes the franchise look good. . If it wasn’t so far from my house I’d come here all the time, but I was just passing through on my way from work.

Amazing service. Workers with great attitudes. Chose to do take out through the drive thru. Great experience! It was almost 11 at night and they had wonderful attitudes! No grumpiness at all! I’ll be back soon!

Not big on leaving fast food reviews however the McDonald staff here is always so pleasant and helpful. Even when I don’t want to wait the drive thru for my order because my lunch is short they accommodate me without any hassle and don’t have an attitude with me as they do it!

Though I frequently visit this McDonald’s due to its convenient location near my workplace, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding a gift card issue.
On 12/03, I participated in a Qualtrics survey for the McDonald’s Grinch Meal promotion inside the restaurant. After completing the survey, which included video and poll responses, my colleague and I were each given what we were told were $20 McDonald’s gift cards. When I later attempted to use mine, it was inactive.
I have tried for weeks to resolve this issue. The research company stated they were acting on behalf of McDonald’s, and corporate closed my complaint, telling me to go back to Qualtrics. When I called this location directly, my call was disconnected. Due to this experience, I would not recommend relying on incentives offered through this location.

They made us pull to the side, park, and wait. We had to wait 10 minutes for my order.
Then they only brought me one Hamburger when I had ordered two. Instead of letting me hand the person who brought me the burger my card to charge one more. He wanted me to go back to the back of the drive thru line, which was long. I asked for the manager. He said that he was the manager. I asked for his name, and he wouldn’t give it to me.

It’s McDonald’s! You either love it or you don’t I happen to love it! Some McDonald’s are better than others. There’s only two things that make me not enjoy my meal and that’s stale bread on my bun and cold French fries. This McDonald’s was spot on great!
