Our first time. We ordered togo. The young man at the counter was kind and attentive. Everything tasted so good. We had the ribs and pulled pork family meal with Brunswick stew and coleslaw. I was in uniform and without making a deal they added me a discount. Which I appreciate cause I will not ask.

Never had a bad experience. Food is always good and the one time our food was wrong, they fixed it immediately. Weve never had food missing when ordering delivery either. And they gave us plenty of sauce. Always 10/10 here.

Shane’s used to be a real good place to eat. But the last two times it was not good. Just a few weeks ago we had to get a refund on our food. Big dad sandwich had hard pork pieces in it.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and after pulling out ALL the brown lettuce because brown lettuce is gross I had maybe a half a salad left and the lettuce that looked sorta ok was very tough almost like raw collard greens. So disappointing especially when it’s the only meal you have had that day. And while I’m at it this was the 2nd chance salad I got a fried chicken tender salad last week and it was mostly the tough lettuce leafs that weren’t even cut up! I work hard for my money

We have always loved Shane’s. This location is always clean and relaxing to go enjoy a sit-down meal. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The pandemic ruined a lot of the joy in going out to eat and because of short staff and no smiles or excitement of employees. Shane’s was not as busy today and very quiet inside, but still enjoyable. I have heard the prices are a little steep at all Shane’s for what you get, but it’s great when you want it!

monday @12:45…. 5 guest…… food and debris on floor in corners where i’m sure was not there today. over all appearance is dull. our table has crumbs on it. we did not get a number. Someone else’s food was brought to our table , placed down, picked up and taken to the correct table. i’ve watched guest who were seated before the couple in front of us still not have food after that couple got theirs. Complete disarray and been 15 minutes and still don’t have our food. First time in two years i’ve been here and remember why. Will be the last!

I recently went to Shane’s Rib Shack in Carrollton and really enjoyed my meal. I tried their Big Dad® Sandwich and the Shack Sampler Plate with ribs, chicken, and BBQ pork. Everything was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right.
The sides were great too — especially the sweet potato fries. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The place has a casual, welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable.
Overall, it was a tasty and satisfying experience. I’d definitely go back when I want good Southern BBQ.
