Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.

I was at this location Friday and I had such Outstanding Customer Service! A woman by the name of Rosa got me my breakfast and coffee in less than a minute. She was very kind, professional and got my food to me very quickly! This McDonald’s was very clean too. I saw a staff member mopping the floor and it was so shiny that you could eat off of it. This McDonald’s is very well managed. The staff is very professional courteous and friendly. It’s also very nice to dine inside at this McDonald’s. Rosa was Amazing. Walmart McDonald’s locations needs to take after how this one is managed and organized. Excellent Experience for Sure ! I will be back at this location.

Went thru the drive thru, the teller is rushing me to take my order. Then I get to the window get the food fries are not fresh, tasted like they’ve been in the microwave. Then the lady proceeds to ask me to give her back the fries for new ones. Now that is unsanitary, how do I know you not going to give these to someone else. They did however bring me fresh fries.

Excellent McDonald’s food and staff were great, I stopped in to get out of the rain for a few minutes, and they could not have been more considerate and courteous.
Owner should repair ice machine and add reverse osmosis water faucet. This is Florida in the summer. You should be providing ice and water.

I really enjoyed eating at this McDonald’s for quite a few reasons. First reason was that they were very quick and efficient. The staff works so well together and their communication is great! The second reason is that the store is so clean and there are a lot of dining areas inside and outside. The food is just as classic As It Ever Was for McDonald’s. I still love their Big Mac and fries! There is plenty of parking here and their drive-thru is very very quick!

Quick bathroom break and snack for the girls when we ran over to St. PETE to see a reptile show. The staff here was extremely nice and courteous. Overall, it’s one of the best McDonald’s I’ve stopped at. Clean, nice, and good people.

So it’s 9:40 AM, and we’re passing this McDonald’s in pinellas Park on 66th, and my son sees the Arches. He is 2 and a half, and he loves McDonald’s French Fries. Well, it’s a breakfast shift at this location. However, I figure what’s the harm in asking? So I got to the counter and asked for the manager if she would be able to make my son some fries even though it’s not 10:30 yet? She did! Rosa was amazing and made my son smile, and she had such a great disposition and a gentle tone him.
Outside of this amazing piece of customer service, this location was immaculate. The bathrooms even smelt fresh and clean. The lobby was recently mopped, and the tables were clean, and all surfaces were free of debri.
This is bar far the best McDonald’s experience I have ever had. So because of fresh morning fries for my son, a smile and an amazing customer service performance, and for a well-kept and comfortable dining area, McDonald’s and this location get 5 stars from me. Well done, Rosa, and well done, McDonald’s, you guys got this one right. This is not only a win for the store but also for the brand.

Order was wrong asked for new food was told take what I get and like it. Manager came was also rude issued me a refund but the wrong amount . No apology no accountability. Store manager told me to never come back . I visit the location a lot being close to my work . The amount of money I spend there and to be told not to come back is their way of fixing the issue . Never will visit again . Disgusting people
