Mary and Faith were extremely kind and made sure all of our needs were met right away and they both checked on us numerous times throughout our dining experience to ensure sure we were both taken care of and had everything we needed. 2 of the best waitresses I’ve ever had.
The place is nice and clean and has a terrific atmosphere. The food was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend them and this Perkins. A great experience overall!

2nd bad visit
Last time had to walk around the corner to ask for my bill after waiting at least 5 minutes at the register listening to employees chatter behind the wall
This time 6 minutes from arrival until I was at my table. Knew what I wanted so ordered and it took 17 minutes to receive scrambled eggs / spinach/ sausage and asparagus.
Eggs ok
Veggies barely steamed
Sausage tasted freezer burnt.
Not ate the eggs.
Again never got a bill and had to wait at the register listening.
Won’t choose the ONALASKA location again.

The manager & our waiter provided great service. We had a large group meet for Breakfast after a family death. The accommodations were great, friendly, and supportive of the family .

I picked up Mr. Beast Burger right about 12am on a Frida night – the burger wasn’t great, but I got Buy 3 Get 3 Free cookies from Perkins and they were fantastic! the menu looks good, but the only experience I have is late night 50% off appetizers – mozzarella sticks were a solid melted blob of mess when I got home and unpacked it – besides the center , which was still raw…. never got back to them to address this, so cannot comment on how they handled a complaint…
The raspberry cheesecake empanadas (I think) were delicious when I warmed the in the air fryer the next day,
Will definitely try them out sometime soon – there aren’t a lot of options for late night food that isn’t drive through in Eau Claire…

First thing I noticed was how clean the place is. Great atmosphere, clean tables, Clean menus.
We were accommodated immediately after being seated, service was great (host Faith and server Mary were very friendly and enjoyable ), wait times were short, food was good!
Highly recommend this location!

Perkins is always a reliable spot. I had the sirloin, it was OK, not great. If you go on Mondays, you get free pie. And the pie is always top notch. That’s a big bonus. The service is always great, and the atmosphere has been the same for decades.

Food was good like usual, but the service this time was amazing! I was part of a large party of 12 people.
They had tables set for us ahead of time, and our host Alan was hilarious and helpful. He helped us get settled and cracked jokes the whole time.
Out server, Autumn, was just as amazing. She pretty much took care of our whole party by herself, and was very patient with our questions and waiting for us to decide!
Usually I focus on reviewing the food, but felt the need to point out how good the employees were this time, as usually big parties are difficult

Awesome as always! I’ve lived most of my life in Eau Claire, and Perkins has always been a part of that. The wife and I decided to get a bite to eat before returning home from a small vacation. We pulled in and the parking lot was full, that only means this is the place! Got in and there was a wait which we certainly didn’t mind. And the droves kept pulling in. After waiting a short time to be seated, we were. As busy as they were, we received our order so fast I almost forgot what I ordered. Ate a succulent breakfast and was more than satisfied. Thanks to Faith and her team for keeping the lights on and being a staple in the community!

After our delicious breakfast, my young granddaughter went to the restroom and left her ring on the counter. We were already an hour away before she realized she didn’t have it. When I called to ask about it, the staff had found it and are going to put it in the mail for her. We frequent this location whenever we are in the area and highly recommend it.
