Very tasty spinach dip, the chicken was juicy and tender, and the steak was absolutely delicious. Me and my family really enjoyed our meal! Even though the parking lot was full, there was no wait time at all, and our server was kind and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. It was pretty busy today, but I still managed to get seated within 15-20 minutes. I got the Flo’s filet with the parmesan cheese crust, baked potato with butter, sour cream, and bacon, a side salad, and I also ordered the flatbread and spinach dip as an appetizer. Everything tasted pretty good, but the spinach dip seemed to hurt my stomach a little. Not sure why, because I’ve had it before. There was one double charge on my bill, but once I pointed it out, they took it off. Besides that, it was a very good dinner. I’m sure I’ll be back.

We went online and put ourselves on the wait list. We arrived in parking lot and only had to wait about 10 minutes which was great. When we first arrived and were seated our waitress took our order for drinks and said she would be right back with silverware, water and bread. After about 10 minutes she came back with waters. She said again she would be right back with silverware and bread. She came back to the table after another 10 minutes with the bread and butter. She again said she would be right back with silverware. After 10 minutes we were tired of waiting and we just tore pieces of the bread apart and tired to get cold butter (not easy to spread when cold) onto our pieces of bread. After 15 minutes we finally received our silverware. Waitress took our orders and when the food was brought out my request for a side of extra sour cream was not included. I use this to dip my steak in so I was hoping to have the side immediately. It only took another 5 minutes to get so that was not so bad. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Very good taste, except for some bites were very heavy pepper. Brussel sprouts were still very hard on the center. We both wished they were softer. We paid our bill using the app. and we had left overs we wanted to take home with us, but since we paid our bill it appeared our waitresses forgot about us. We finally got her attention and she said she would be right out with “to go containers”. Well, I guess the statement of “I will be right back” means after 15 minutes I will give you what you needed. For as many employees I saw walking around in the restaurant I am sure one of them knows how to bring silverware or bring to go boxes to help out if busy. As long as it took our waitresses to bring to go boxes its really got to me. I said to my husband I wish I could take part of my tip back. This is silly to be sitting here waiting this long. Yes, we will go back, but I do hope service is better next time. If it is very busy for servers or they are new maybe having runners to help bring simple things to table would help the servers. After all it is about team work.

!!Be careful!! On 2/7/26 me and wife came here to eat for my birthday dinner. Everything was great. The bill was paid with a debit card and left our server “Madison” cash tip which was $17. Paid the bill left the tip and went home. The following Monday I get on my bank app see the bill was higher than it was $23 more was added to the bill. Came to find out. Our server Madison added herself an extra $23 tip without my permission that’s fraud / theft. I called talked to the manager he seemed like it wasn’t a big deal he gave me my $23 back that she took and never heard anything else. She’s a thief if she’s done me this way she’s done it more than once and to other people who just hasn’t caught on to her yet BUT I DID! It’s not about the money it’s about the thought that she’s doing this to people when money doesn’t grow on trees and I work hard for my money. We used to love coming here to eat it right here close to home and we loved the restaurant but now we won’t go at all cause of this situation. Wonder if other servers do the same?.

The food is so so so good the Service it’s perfect very friendly and they check on you every 10minute asking you if you need something , how is the food and the chairs very comfortable the steak it’s perfect juicy And the test is amazing. Plus the price is not bad at all for this Test of meat. We like it we recommended , it’s a best place for people like steaks i’m very sure I will back to this place .

The food was very VERY GOOD, and the atmosphere is like I would expect a steakhouse to be. The staff are friendly and our waiter was pretty good except that he kept asking all the tables around us if they needed to go boxes and not us. We had to ask him. That’s my only observation. Otherwise…..the food was phenomenal! And the dessert……OOF! make sure you leave plenty of room for that!

I was with 5 other adults plus myself and 1 child. Considering it was a Saturday evening the wait time was very reasonable. The service was outstanding very polite and kind server. The food was excellent and in great portions. Enjoyed my first visit I definitely will return.

Love this place! The one of Kingston pike is where we go to! Great atmosphere! Very nice place to dine! I had my Mother’s Day dinner here with my sons and it was fabulous! Our waitress was great at her job and very funny! We waited about an hour due to the Mother’s Day rush but it was worth the wait! I highly recommend 10/10
