After visiting several Chili’s locations (mostly in California), this one really stands out. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We ordered burgers that were made with fresh ingredients, and the fries came out hot—thank you to the kitchen team for that! Our server, Maeven, was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our meal! We’ll definitely be coming back.

This was a to go order of Nashville hot cheese sticks. They were overcooked, burnt almost. If I was eating in the restaurant I would have sent them back. This was very disappointing.
Update: Chili’s did reply and have sent certificate to try again! Thanks Chili for actually caring for your customers. I will try again for rhe cheese sticks. They are my granddaughters favorite. Thanks for your response .

We love the “3 for Me” meal deal at Chili’s and were in the area, so we decided to stop by. We put our name on the waitlist and were told 20-25 minutes, but it was more like 10 minutes when we got the text that our table was ready, which was delightful! We were seated at a small booth and our server, Sarah, was really busy because there were some other large parties. Despite this, Sarah was very attentive and super helpful! I ordered the blackberry sweet tea, chips and salsa, and the Old Timer for my $10.99 “3 for Me” meal. It is an amazing price for the amount of food that you get. The food was brought out within 15 minutes of ordering, and it all tasted great. The only qualm I had with the chips and salsa were that the chips were very fragmented, so there were a lot of crumbs. Overall, we had a nice experience at this location and we would definitely return!

Elizebeth is very good at her job. She enjoys delivering a quality experience to her customers, a good ‘face’ for Chili’s. The wings were delicious. I also noticed the restaurant was very clean. Overall, an excellent experience! We will be back!

Ordered Chili’s through DoorDash. Mushroom & Swiss burger with broccoli, and Old Timers with fries. They were both good. No utinsils or napkins though. 🙁 We were staying in a hotel.

Service was absolutely phenomenal. Bartender Annie went above and beyond to make sure all 6 of my to-go orders were accurate and had everything they needed WHILE running the lunch rush for her section. (GIVE HER A RAISE!!) I had three other staff members ask if I needed any help with taking the orders out to my car. Fantastic experience, will return 🙂

1st of all used to be my family’s favorite restaurant, we usually we would come once a week. After today it was our last time, we waited almost an hour for food, chicken was slimy and uncooked. Pasta super cold everything was sadly disgusting. The manager was rude and unpleasant, unprofessional. So sorry that they loose costumers instead of apologise and try to make things better.

food is expensive for how mediocre it is, they treat you odd if you show up 70 minutes before close… my server was very nice, the young girl running out the food with the eyebrow piercing was rude and burnt my hand with the hot plate by shoving it into my hands instead of placing it on the table or warning me and when I said “dang that was kind of hot” she just walked away with no words. overall mediocre experience and a waste of money. I understand wanting to close and being underpaid, but that was no way to treat somebody who was being normal and respectful.
