Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni as a mobile order. Picked it up and went home, they gave me a plain 3 meat pizza. Didn’t go back and correct it because I live a half hour away. The order ticket on the box had our order correct but this was definitely not the pizza we ordered. Very disappointed

Crust was too thin. Pizza sat in warmer too long. Had “extra best”. Was like old thin crust pizza. Typical of little Caesar’s that no longer cares. 2017
Revised April 2018. Greatly improved their quality. I would recommend them now. Service was quick and pizza looks great!

Horrible service who placed an order they said they needed 15 minutes we came back 20 minutes later they said they needed another 15 minutes as they hadn’t started the food yet we gave him another 20 minutes came back they said they had no idea how much longer it would be the manager said she didn’t even know what was going on or when did even be able to start the order and then give us a hard time about giving us a refund saying that they couldn’t do that… Play some dirty stuff was not friendly the place used to be great and New Management has ran it to the ground

Wow! Great service. I use the Little Ceasars app and my order was ready at time promised AND they had a super-dupper fancy Matrix warmer that when you put in your secret code it opens the door on your order. Great!
