Not impressed. Carolina the bartender was sweet and polite, tipped her 35%. Food was over cooked and dry. Ordered a medium steak and it came out well done, see picture. Manager on Monday lunch cares more about talking to female servers behind the bar back than engaging with guest. I would make changes asap and build a sustainable clientele base. Do Better Applebees.

Amazing experience, our server Ayden was very polite and respectful. We felt very welcomed and 100% recommend coming here and asking for his service! We will definitely come back. He was quick to serve and had amazing manners!

Food was amazing, service was even better and Robert and Xavier made sure we were not only comfortable but made sure our experience was just perfect. The 3 cheese pasta and bourbon whiskey burger and kids pizza were perfect. Serving sizes were more than I imagined and the patron margarita is the best !

Honestly this pains me to do this but this place has fallen. From going here since I was kids to taking my own family that is 28 years of business. We will not longer be coming here after so many attempts of giving this place second chances for years. Food is being under cooked, orders are being forgotten that are for kids and the attention of your customer drinks has declined to never asking or refilling drinks. Staff looks like they hate working, but want large tips. Dec 22nd 2025 was the first time I never tipped the waiter for awful service and lies. Because I used be a waiter myself for 3 years while in college. So I understand that’s how some live. But it just nothing but lies of my book got wet so what was your whole order to forgetting my sons plate. Then saying the pizza machines is broken when you were in the kitchen the whole time. They seemed more concerned with there little party or stuffing there faces. Orders are also taking 1 hour of more to bring out and they are still under cooked, cold or not taken out at as appetizers and the place is not packed. Manager looks like he just doesn’t care, said he was fixing the TV but never saw him once. My own opinion throw this apple bees down and rebuild from scratch with staff.

The days we came for the month of December, December 22, 2025 and Monday Dec 15, and 11th, of Dec 2025 we came to this Apple bees. As you can see we come here a lot, due to busy schedules. However, each time we have gone my wife steak is always undercooked and bloody despite she asked for medium well, or they for get an appetizer, drink or never show again. I get it, if you feel off for the day but this has just made me not want come to apple bees again.

DO NOT waste your time and money here. It seems like now it’s just children running this location. From hostess to kitchen, it was disappointing. Our appetizer wings were hard and cold, what was supposed to be an 6 oz sirloin was more like a 4 oz undercooked meat and burnt on the outside. Kids meal chicken quesadilla, had NO chicken, they did re-make it and it was the way it was supposed to be initially, but my hungry 6 yr old had already ate most of the cheese tortillas he was given at the beginning. Waitress offered chips and salsa to make up for the bad experience, which we refused obviously. Just an upsetting experience overall. Maybe it’s just this location as I do see other bad reviews mentioning the same issues.
