I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years, but the service from Ariel and Madison was absolutely phenomenal! They handled our large party with kindness and professionalism, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was flavorful, and the drinks were perfect! They really have gone downhill. The coleslaw was not good…the manager claimed it was just made that day…perhaps out of old previously cut cabbage? The walts favorite shrimp are smaller than ever… even the rice pilaf was bland. The fries were over salted. I dont go here any more. But I used to go to red lobster alot. My server was blah I only saw her twice…she had 2 tables and was in the weeds….sadly there is nothing good here anymore! The coleslaw barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Bad value all around…slow service…tiny portions …

I ordered the lobster flatbread and the Caesar salad and everything was great! My server Madi was great and we didn’t have to ask for anything. The GM Jason also came out and talked to me and he is just the sweetest! Best birthday lunch!

Maddy was absolutely great! We got our food in less than 30 mins. And it was hot and it was great! And jason was great! They made sure we left happy. Aizha sat us and was absolutely great. After this experience ill be back!

Edited to add: We were told to reach out to the Facebook page of Red Lobster regarding our visit and that the director would contact us by March 6th. As you can imagine we were never contacted solidifying our decision to not return to Red Lobster period.
My husband and with our 2 children visited for the first time since moving to Mississippi and I was extremely disappointed in the service. It took over 20 minutes for the waiter to come to our table to get our drink order. Once we did get our biscuits I bit into one of the biscuits and immediately realized there was a long string of hair with one side in my mouth and the rest inside the biscuit as I pulled it away from my mouth. I pulled the hair out of my mouth and dropped it on the floor and checked the remaining part of biscuit, only to find a second hair. We waited right at 2 hours for our food and never got it. We asked to speak with the manager and was told she was in the back helping the staff cook and get caught up.We saw her walking around on her phone but she refused to come speak with us. We were told by the waiter that her name was Kesha. We let our waiter know that we were leaving and despite waiting almost 2 hours and finding hair in our food, the only thing the manager would take off the bill was the food that we never got. We still had to pay for our 3 sodas and appetizer. We were not the only ones having issues as our entire section had complained about the wait time and multiple of guest having the same issue with some getting up and leaving without their food. This was our first time and will be the last time at that location!

Kerria was our waitress and she was amazing !!!! She made our experience so special that we will definitely be back!!! I know it’s hard to find good help but this Lady went above and beyond for us and she was very busy with other tables as well. She deserves a big raise because the food can be delicious but if your waitress isn’t good it can ruin your entire experience. Thanks so much ❤️. Love My Red Lobster Tupelo Ms.
