Hats off to White Castle and the staff here! About the only fast food place that actually has their dining room open all night, not just the drive thru! The old fashion looking Coke dispenser and the retro photos give it a nice relaxed vibe. Some of us would like to eat inside a restaurant not in the car or take it home. So I applaud White Castle and the Post Rd staff for showing there’s still a place that believes in the “City that never sleeps”!

We found that this location was about 10 minutes off of 95, so we wanted to give WC a try. We’ve had the frozen you can get in the stores, but not the real deal. Just on the outskirts of NYC, was in a fairly easy in and out location. 1st thing we were surprised about was the selection of items you could choose from. They have the little steamed burgers and chicken rings??, clam strips, fish sandwiches, much more than you would have thought of. You could also order crazy amount of “crave” packs, 20, 30, 100! We got 10 cheese for $8.99, 12 chicken rings for $3.99…damn, that’s awesome. Also got 1 bacon and cheese and 1 plain for my daughter. Staff was super friendly, we asked them a bunch of questions, told them it was our 1st time. Took 10-15mins for the order. They were fairly busy. I’m a Krystal guy, but I enjoyed these very much, very similar. Chicken rings tasted like Wendy’s chicken nuggets, and my son chowed them down. The fries were unsalted and definitely tasted like frozen crinkle fries. Very happy with our 1st WC experience. They do have locked bathrooms, so you need to ask them to buzz you in.

Was able to get my food pretty fast, the order was correct and the staff was very very nice. I even went back to get extra napkins, and straws just to have in the car, we all do it , they were nice enough to give me some.

I recently tried White Castle for the first time, and I was satisfied with the experience. The hamburgers were quite good, even tastier than those at McDonald’s. The fish sandwich was enjoyable, and the onion rings were decent. The staff was very polite, which was appreciated. I was pleased with my visit

This was an adventure! We were in Boston and realized we forgot to grab White Castle while in New York City, so we drove all the way from Boston to the Bronx late at night just to get some. It was absolutely worth it!
There was plenty of parking, and the location was easy to find. It was a bit odd that they had to let me into the washroom, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We ordered a clutch with the classic onion cheeseburgers, and they were fantastic — that signature White Castle taste hit the spot.
The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was incredibly friendly. When the sweet tea machine wasn’t working, she offered to get it for me herself, which was super nice. The food took a little time, but I didn’t mind since I could see the burgers being made fresh.
We also tried a chicken slider — not as good as the beef ones, but still decent. Overall, it was a great experience after our late-night drive. Five stars for the delicious food and friendly service!

Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind. As a first timer- I was impressed that someone would drive that many hours- she had 2 big boxes in her hands!
