I never go to McDonald’s but wanted to treat my kid with a kid meal. I wanted a Grinch meal but they were sold out. The drive thru was quick and the employees were nice. My daughter started eating her burger and found a label for butter in her sandwich. I guess better than a hair but still not appetizing.

Im not a huge fan of the food…it’s standard fast food.
I really enjoy this location for the customer service.
The employees are patient and kind.
I came across a local crochet group that meets here 3-4x a week too!
It’s just a really great local spot to grab your kids some nuggies and let them romp.
The best McDonalds in the area by far.
Thanks for being a good local spot in the community!

I’ve been coming here when I get off work closing at another fast food here in town for YEARS and in the last 3to6 months they start closing whenever they feel like it and even when I call 10 minutes AHEAD of the time that I arrive at their store and I SPECIFICALLY ASK when they EXACTLY STOP SERVING FOOD. I get there Within A REASONABLE time frame compared to what time they told me and they just say we’re closed due to trying to “catch up” and I havent put in complaints on here. But I will start doing so EVERYTIME they lie to their customers about their closing time. I’ve called the store themselves and spoken to other managers almost everytime it happe s and nothing has changed so im gonna resort to posting complaints everywhere I can until they change off 24/7 or start telling customer the truth atleast when they call and ask ahead. I called 337 arrived at 349.
Day 2. I arrived at 335 and they were already closed for “systems shutdown”

Good Vibes
I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, service is usually pretty good, food is usually good. The last few times I’ve came in, there have been tons a gnats. This last time which is a good chance it’s my last time at this location, I’ve done killed about 10 gnats landing on my drink, and my food, getting in my face. Not very pleasant. Didn’t finish my food because of it. No idea what boh looks like and how many are back there landing on the food and condiments.

The food is fine. I order online most times through a delivery app and they always without fail forget sauces. I will pay extra and they will still forget them. When I do come in person I get snarky attitudes and once had to wait 10 minutes for 1 item. I pulled around when I thought they forgot about me and all I got was attitude.

My food was raw. Both burgers were extremely pink. Absolutely awful service, orders are never correct. It’s much easier to go to the McDonald’s on Jefferson, for your health and quality of experience.

I visited this McDonald’s a month ago. I waited in line through a driveway that was not blocked off for 10 minutes for a girl to come on the loudspeaker and tell me welcome to Wendy’s we are closed. 11pm. When a lot of second shift in cookeville get off work. Yes I double check to make sure I wasn’t at Wendy’s she was just being a jerk. The girl does not represent the brand properly and should be fired. I go again today and receive a Mc double that I ordered with mayo and cheese only. The outside of the wrapper is covered in mustard, and there is a large mustard fingerprint on the burger. I will not shop here again. The food is no longer cheap, it was never healthy, now it has bad customer service, and it’s not 24 hours anymore? I would be ashamed to claim this business. Do better.

How many time do I need to return my food before they learn to serve hot food. 8 times in the last month. 3 sandwiches, 4 hash browns and countless coffees. I will destroy their food cost until the get it right, my next step with be complaints to the Putnam county health department.

This is a pretty halfway decent McDonald’s, just make sure you order on the app so you don’t hold up the line because they don’t always have two people for both of their lanes. The food is often made correctly, but fries can be cold more often than not, but they’re more than happy to drop you fresh fries if you ask so that’s a bonus. Depending on the time of day you might have Someone on the order headset be a little rude to you, but it seems like they’re just being overwhelmed, not the best, but usually they try to make up for it which is more than I can say for other McDonald’s. Usually a very busy place and sometimes the interior can be kind of dirty, but I see staff pick it up all the time, and the outside lot is at least wonderfully clean for the most part being as big as it is. If you go at night, you typically get your food made fresh if you go in the afternoon around 3 to 4 PM. It’s 50-50 whether it’s fresh or cold. Typically I order chicken nuggets for the dog and half the time they’re cold, which isn’t a big issue for me cause that means I can feed the dog immediately And not have to let them wait to cool down, but I know that could be a dealbreaker for some people, especially kids. All in all they handle special request without any issues, typically it’s pretty decent service especially if you go inside, but you’re going to have to double check to make sure your food is warm if you don’t ask them to make it fresh.
