Came to the drive thru I believe on 12/22 and ordered a large fry a mcdouble and some drinks. Our fries were cold so we pulled back around asking for them to be remade. The young woman at the 2nd drive thru window had the audacity to act like we came to the drive thru hours earlier while I’m sitting in the passenger seat eating my sandwich. She was like “when did you come here?” And started copping an attitude with my husband who was the driver. That’s crappy service. Y’all employees are too lazy to make the food fresh the first time then have the audacity to try and accuse someone of coming by hours earlier and the person who checked us out didn’t give us a receipt. Get it together. This the same place that never has ice in the summer and then tries to ask you if you still want a drink when it’s 90° outside. This place needs better employees and clearly a manager that wants to run it better.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Sat in drive thru for 20 mins n then pulled me forward for fries but they where still cold. They do not greet you. The food was cold. Drive thru lady was diggin in her nose.
Basically threw my food at me. As the manager is sitting there laughing. Steven really needs to do a better job at managing his McDonald’s!

I ordered a McDouble today for lunch. I get only mayonnaise on my burgers specifically because I don’t like onions, I have a sensory disorder and onions trigger it to the max. So when I got my burger I check it to make sure it only had mayonnaise on it. Nope. Which is fine during a rush hour. (Which it was not) so i drive back through and politely ask them if i could possibly get it remade. They tell me to drive to the second window. I do and I sit there and wait for them to talk to me. And I tell him that i needed my burger remade. They exchanged bags with me. And I check it again just to make sure. And low and behold it’s smooshed, roughly thrown together with onions between the meat and cheese. I spent my last $5 today on a lunch I cannot eat. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is pretty pathetic.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I didn’t receive half my order so I brought what they gave and the manager had a hard time finding it and got mad and stormed off and said she’s not helping me. The time is now 8:55 am on a Wednesday. Luckily a different person came up and found it in a jiffy and was super helpful. The manager was very nasty towards me saying she is only going to help if I’m considerate when all I was doing was answering her questions. Poor management treating customers bad.

Tried calling many times. Ordered my daughter happy meal and instead of apple slices did extra fries, and they forgot them. Conveniently though, I ordered me a large frie, and the box is only half full. Obviously employees didn’t feel like dropping fries (despite me ordering no salt) because not only are these salty, they didn’t even half fill the box. Please have this manager of the location contact me as I have already called 4 times and no one will answer.

One of the worst McDonald’s in town. Self service kiosk doesn’t have any table indicators. Kiosk doesn’t have any receipt paper. Tables are never wiped down. Workers touch you cup tops instead of the sides when handing the food to you.

That was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a McDonald’s!!! They appeared to have enough staff which is crazy cuz it took them 45min to get us our food and smoothies and everything was freaking cold and my fish sandwich looks gray inside it. It was like no one new anything about anything and stood there stupifid looking at each and not a single person moved to do anything and the ppl that appeared to be managers didn’t even help these poor special kids to figure out what they needed to do so it took 45min and I’m not happy because I picked up fast food for a reason…. because I didn’t have time to make anything because I have kid things to do tonight and I stupidly thought McDonald’s would be the best thing we’ll no it wasn’t and now my 8yr old was late for her thing and I was supposed to have volunteered tonight and was late for that….so moving right along…..idk what happened there but it wasn’t a good thing and there were plenty of upset parents and kids too……

I’ve tried to be very nice but this McDonald’s is horrible just got breakfast at 6am cold hashbrowns with freaking hair on both of them and they were cold tried to call the store because the lobby was closed and no answer let it ring so long my phone hung up on its own

I come here everyday to get a ice Carmel coffee and they never put enough Carmel in the coffee and when I go in to fix it they try to charge for the extra Carmel surup put enough in it there wouldn’t be a problem
