The service was the worst the adults should teach the young staff how to treat customers better. I showed up at our pick up time. Was starred and laughed at after they had me pay they told me my food hasn’t even been started. I went back to my car where the 2 girls continued to stare at me through the window laughing. Finally the only adult in the store came out to let us know the food was ready. As I walked in he was going to give me my food but the girl who continued to stare and laugh insists she yet again interacted with me. I dont know the girls. The pizza wasn’t even in my name. Not sure what the problem was I asked and got 0 response. Horrible experience. Oh and I wasn’t dressed like some crazy person at Walmart either

We are staying in the area for a quick little getaway. They were really close so we decided to give them a try. They were friendly from the phone call to order to when my husband went inside to pick up our order. They even welcomed him and held the door open for him when he went in. We ordered pizza subs. They were hot and cooked perfectly. They were pretty messy to eat. That’s just an us thing. We don’t really like messy sandwiches. The pizza sauce was a little sweet for us as well. They have a really great menu selection and priced reasonably too! I’m looking forward to trying the chicken wings and salad! That will probably be tonight’s dinner. Overall I say definitely give them a try!

On my recent trip across Ohio by bicycle I stopped here for lunch. I ordered a big Italian sub sandwich.
The food was fresh, delicious, and came out before the estimated time.
The woman who took my order in person was informative and very nice.
I would recommend this place for sure!

What an amazing meal we had at this quaint pizza and sub shop. My only complaint is, I wish they were closer to us in Wooster! However, the pizza and subs are SO delicious, we’ll make the drive! The pizza is exactly how we like it! The crust is buttery and crispy, the sauce slightly sweet and lots of amazing cheese!
The owners were very accommodating and friendly.

Small hometown shop. The staff was extremely helpful to answering my questions about the area and the pizza was delicious. I think this pizza was quite possibly the cheesiest pizza I have ever eaten. It was delicious and I will for sure be back to order more food from them. I’m excited to try their pizza sub, jojos and wings too. They have quite a big menu for being a small shop! Super bonus: They have gluten-free pizza too!

Best pizza shop in Holmes County! We’ve been ordering from Mainstreet for many years and the food is always hot, fresh, and made perfectly. If they make a mistake they correct it immediately. Always friendly customer service.
