Excellent food, we ordered the ekolu
Plate and it had 3 meat choices >> we got the teriyaki chicken, Kalua pig and the pulehu chicken and everything was delicious! We got 3 scoops of rice >> 2 white 1 brown, The brown was more flavorful and the texture was better. We also got 2 scoops of Mac salad, all included with the meal.
Serving sizes were excellent! 1 meal served 2 people and I had leftovers afterward.
The restaurant was clean and the food was assembly style . We didn’t have to wait.
Paid about 19$ for the meal, worth it !!

Got our first taste of Hawaiian food after landing in SLC and I must say that this is a very popular local spot; non-stop orders after sitting down to indulge! The food did not disappoint and the hard working staff were very friendly. Price point was very reasonable vs portion size. Overall keep up the awesome work. The only thing I would suggest is to make the interior a little more vibrant with colour to get that island zen. I would not hesitate to order anything off the menu from Mo’ Bettahs.

Yummy food! The katsu chicken was so good and the portions are big – I got a mini. Only one thing is the water spout on the soda machine is a bit broken and I feel like the place could have a bit better atmosphere, but it was good!

And they charged me for a plate on top. No apologies please, just cut it out.
Honestly the food is great.
Edit, upgraded review because the food really is awesome. Also I am willing to spend zero minutes on this going forward. Review stands as is.

I love Mo bettahs. But my experience with the food at this location was abysmal. I got take out and drove my 6 minutes home, the food was already cold. Not lukewarm even, cold. The food had obviously been sitting out for far too long. Not likely I will be going back to this location

A locally grown company that has made big waves in a land locked state! From its foundation this place has been amazing to go to. It’s gotten a little more expensive and quality certainly hasn’t kept up with its growth, however that doesn’t mean it still don’t hit that spot. Good people, easy eats, quick cafeteria style serving. Recommend highly, but would beware of the steak myself.

First time I’ve been inside in a long time. I’m glad they’ve expanded their menu a little more with veggie options. But honestly, super clean food line. Good teamwork between a very busy group getting through a dinner rush. Everyone was super helpful when I asked about the salad dressing, even in a rush.
The only thing I’d ask is that the brand update their nutrition facts website

Ordered 2 minis for lunch and they served it really cold and the steak wasn’t even cooked all the way. Some parts of the rice was hard as a rock. Me and my buddy had to miss out on our lunch time and throw them away since we had to go back to work. I called them twice after work asking for a refund and they said they would let the manager know I called and haven’t heard from them for a good hour. Then I call back asking for the manager again. Same response. And never received a call. All I wanted was a refund since my lunch was ruined with half cooked cold food.

Always a hit. I got the smallest 2 meat combo there is- i wasn’t that hungry… chicken teriyaki and katsu spicy. Both 5 of 5 as always. Girlfriend got the beef teriyaki and chicken katsu combo. That macaroni salad just beats all. Palate cleanser. Never had a bad experience here, or at any mo bettas. Excellent job guys

My family dines here frequently and twice in the past month the food served was cold. Not even warm. Last time it was a plate of pulehu chicken w/white rice and today was a family teri meal with rice and veggies. Both times the rice has been warm enough, but the meat and veggies are cold. I love their food, but it concerns me to get cold food that should be kept at 140 degrees for food safety.
