This is the 3rd time I go, in the morning, just for it to always be closed. Today they actually had a sign up.
I got off of work. Don’t feel like making food when I get home and figured I’ll give McDonald’s one more try. I’m taking this as a sign from God. I don’t need to be putting fake food in my system.
It let me make a mobile order for drive-thru. So I was not aware that they were currently closed. I better get my money back, later today. This is the last time I order anything from McDonald’s.

After paying with no patrons behind me, I was directed to another parking area. I refused as there was no logical reason to move. I was rudely given my food after over 4 minutes but became suspicious. Stopping to check the food before leaving, I was not surprised the food was inedible.
I ended up throwing the food out and ended up eating elsewhere.
Typical corporate guidelines inconsiderate of their patronage. Screw the quality full speed ahead.

Just now and when I come in at 4:15 in the morning to pick up an order whether on the app or placing in the drive through their computers are always rebooting.You guys need to make this update earlier or easier for the system to reboot.The drive through is always telling me ten minutes to wait. Whether I come at four or four fifteen, it’s the same response ten minutes. I already paid for the order on the app.I told her what it was.I believe she can make it out of the kindness of her heart. Mcdonald’s managers really need to look into whether this is true or not.And maybe they just don’t want to make breakfast. It’s four twenty two a m now and I just called to the mcdonald’s 18283 Collier and they took my order. Thank you

I have been going to this McDonald’s for 24 years now and have never left a review. The management here is truly great and deserve praise. This is because all the employees are extremely polite and helpful to every customer. With as much negativity as there is about McDonald’s as a fast food chain, this franchise is kept to high standards. Dining room and restrooms have always been clean in my experience. This is truly a McDonald’s I enjoy eating at!

I came in for a late lunch fri night the 21st, it was about 9pm and they were pretty busy both inside and drive thru. I was greeted right away by a woman who was cleaning and sweeping the lobby. The staff in the kitchen were all moving with purpose and I just have to say I have not been into a McDonald’s as well run as I saw this night.
Everyone was polite in spite of how busy they were, moving with purpose running bags out to the customers at the drive thru. Really clean lobby……again just a pleasure to see such a well run staff doing their work as it should be done.

I was only going to give it one star, But I will say it was a very clean McDonald’s. The problem started when I walked in and realized it was very hot and humid inside the restaurant. I am older and more susceptible to heat and the sweat was just running down my face. I prefer to order from a person, but nobody was coming up to the register to help me so I turned around to use the automated touchscreen to place an order, Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to check out. My daughter came and helped me and I just went out to the car, It was just way too hot and humid in the restaurant.

This McDonald’s messes up your orders and they blame you! They don’t apologize when they realize they’ve made a mistake and they’ve made plenty of mistakes here. Today they didn’t give us the McDouble or French fries without salt and asked for the receipt which wasn’t even given to us in the drive thru. The manager thought we were lying and made us park so that he could get the receipt himself. He came out gave us the missing food and didn’t apologize. When we got home I realized they gave me a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. They also didn’t give us sauces for the nuggets even though we asked for them. You guys have one job! So disappointing. Management sucks here.

Don’t usually go to McDonald’s but if I do it is this one. Been here quite a few times and the food and service is always consistent. Drive thru is usually pretty busy unless you go later at night. Went here around 10pm the last time and was through the drive thru in less than 10 min. Would recommend for your McDonald’s fix.

Despite the negative reviews that have given this place low stars… I haven’t had a bad experience here. Foods always been consistent. Usually go in the evening time when I do. Between 6 and 10pm usually.

I tried to order 3 meals at the drive up. Nothing special or difficult but the cashier couldn’t get it correct. I attempted to fix it at the window they finally called the manager to assist. I thought the problem was solved until I got to the pickup window and she handed me too many drinks, the wrong flavor and Hamburg happy meals where they could have been nugget. Too much expense and frustration for a business who doesn’t value its customers and doesn’t attempt to correct their mistakes.
