It’s been a while since I’ve been here, was just looking for a good Happy Hour with cold beer after walking around the mall and getting away from this frigid unbearable weather. Of all the choices in the area, this place was great. A good bar atmosphere, lots of TVs, lots of space between chairs, lots of great beers on tap, happy hour had incredible prices on good stuff – drinks, food, you name it. The guacamole may have been the best I have ever eaten and I’ve eaten in hundreds of restaurants around the world not to mention every Mexican place here in the Louisville Metro area…. and the salsa was perfect thick with just a touch of smokiness that gave it a real deep rich flavor. So, quality food! Service was great, it would have been outstanding except we had to ask for silverware and individual plates, otherwise she was very personable, attentive and prompt. I would say if you’re looking for a great happy hour or bar atmosphere to catch games, get great service, great bar food anywhere close to the Oxmoor Mall… Some people were eating steaks and remarked that they were cooked as requested flavorful and seemed decent quality. The french fries looked marvelous… I’m just practicing some New Year’s resolutions right now… next time I’ll have some… Great job BJ’s keep up the good work.

The food is awesome Lesley the server was amazing. guacamole was super fresh chips crispy fries perfectly crisp on the outside warm in the inside sliders juicy done to perfection avocado eggrolls amazing. Very first time here. Staff very friendly. Fish and chips was delicious. My gf mentioned the Chicken Alfredo was bland and lacked seasoning. The pazookie was fantastic. Definitely save room for it.

Went to BJ’s with my family for dinner as they have a large menu with many options to choose from. To our disgust, my 5 year old’s sliders came out on moldy bread thankfully I noticed before she took a bite! We brought it to the managers attention and he took her meal off the check, but do better BJ’s!!!

Had the best experience for our 4th trip in tonight. Batista was absolutely wonderful, service was super fast, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed chatting with her as she stopped in for food drop offs. Highly recommend the chicken nachos!

Stopped after shopping at Macys right next door. It was just a little after five on a Friday and not busy at all. With a large dining area and a nice adjoining bar. Friendly staff seemed to be amping up for a busy night. I was a little curious about spending $15 on a mini pizza but it was very filling. I got the great white minus the chicken plus onion. Though it was fresh and crisp. I found the fire roasted tomatoes along side of the bbq sauce seemed to completely cover any Alfredo taste. My partner said his burger was cooked well and his fries extra crispy. Not being a fry person myself I was still compelled to snag a few. Oh & the Rootbeer is a must try. One of the best I’ve had!

Sloooow service, prior to my visit it had been years since I’d been to this establishment and after my recent visit it’ll be years longer before I return. The service was slow and bad myself and our party received. The food ordered was a burger, grilled & fried chicken sandwiches, and bone in chicken wings they were average in taste. For every single thing we needed, we had to ask. We were seated and sat for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us.And then another ten minutes after acknowledgement, to merely get drinks, the drinks were empty and had to ASK for a refill and then wait a long time for that, and at no point, did anyone ever collect our dirty dishes from the table and we had an appetizer, entree’s and dessert dishes piled up at the point it was time for us to leave. My experience here was pretty awful, I will not be returning. The photo is our collection of glasses and dishes nvr collected at any point during our dining experience, very disgusting and unappealing.

I lived in Texas and literally had a BJ’s restaurant extreamly close. While our server Emma was pretty good. This location missed the BJ’s experiance. Walking in was greated by a host just smacking her gum. The floor was so slick you could barely walk. Then getting a menu full of appetizer all over it very gross. Waited forever for a steak that was so over cooked but they were worried about fries that looked old to them. It was 10 pm
not busy and the kitchen was blaimed for bad food… Granted a non existant manager took money off a bill for food that really didnt have an excuse to look like it did. Very dissapointed in the location!

I ordered curbside from BJs on Sunday evening and was supposed to pick up my food at 7:20pm. I parked in the designated curbside spot and checked in. After 10 mins, I walked in, frustrated. My order had been sitting so long, they replaced the ice cream on my dessert. I guess I should be thankful that they did that much. However I would’ve been more thankful if they had just let people know that they apparently don’t do curbside after a certain point in the night. That way, I wouldn’t have sat there waiting and I would’ve just walked in to get my order instead. That frustrates me to no end when restaurants have curbside ordering available on their website, but don’t fulfill orders via curbside. Update your website so your customers know what to expect. Making sure your sites are accurate, and all links work correctly is pretty important when it comes to web or mobile experience. Just saying.
