0 stars. Ordered an Italian sub in 2/6 and took one bite and could taste something was bad. Took sandwich apart and salami was discolored. When I called to inform shop that the meat was bad, Amber the store manager said “nothing I can do about it, call corporate, come fresh out of a pack.” Meat was spoiled and sour.

This was supposed to be a pepperoni & sausage pizza.
I ordered piggy sticks the other day…….they put no bacon.
*The manager promptly contacted me. She apologized for my inconvenience and will be happy to replace my order.

The “Manager” there is the rudest and has absolutely zero customer service. She prepared my order incorrectly then argued I didnt order what I asked for. She then proceeded to “remake” my pizza by sprinkling topping on it and not correctly remaking the pizza. She didn’t bother to remove the old incorrectly lable from my original pizza. She just put a new label over top of it with an increased price. I’ve visited this place for years, but as of today I won’t be back . I will be sure to tell everyone I know of that there are better pizzas places in Waynesboro. I can overlook incompetence if the food is good but this is ridiculous. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this I’d love to tell them about this experience.

Ms. Carolyn and Ms. Adalina were super friendly and welcoming since I am visiting from Mississippi.
The All Meat square pizza was awesome!
The Papa’s wings were delicious!
Both these ladies made my visit a wonderful experience.

I have been ordering from the Wayneboro store for the past 13 years and never a complaint. This past Sunday I ordered as I usually do. Picked up my food and took it home. Took two bites out of the pizza and it tasted awful. I returned to the store for a refund. (I have a Culinary Arts degree. I don’t complain about food after working in the industry for several years. So that’s how bad it was) The assistant manager basically told be the pizza was made correct no refund. So in other words, eat the pizza or eat the $22.00. The manager was rude. If that’s your business model not to make a customer happy you succeeded.
