Ordered through the drive through not even 5 mins ago an they can’t even get a Texas double whopper right… I have 1 patty of meat on my double whopper an this isn’t the first time my order has been messed up… I will be telling every single person who orders check your food open it before you leave they like to make you go home with the wrong order to find it later

One of your staff members at the drive-thru seems to have trouble hearing or understanding orders. This has happened to me twice now. Both times I clearly ordered two cups of water, but I was given only one.
The first time, she said she heard “one cup,” and I explained that I had said two. Today the same thing happened again. I ordered two cups, she repeated back “two cups,” but still gave me only one.
There was also an issue with the wait time. She asked me to hold for a moment while I was at the drive-thru. I waited, and another truck pulled up after me. I could see on the screen that another employee started taking that truck’s order before mine. After about five minutes, she came back and asked me to hold again. I mentioned that the other truck arrived after me and was already being helped, but she just responded that she didn’t know.
I just wanted to share this experience because the service was confusing and frustrating. She should be fired. I call that lazy! She’s talk white broke or red hair:

Suoer impresssed. I have not ate at a Burger King in close to 10 years. The Burger King in other surrounding areas was garbage. Good and service was horrible all around. Today I was craving an original chicken and decided to stop here at PSJ. I took the time to write the review because was incredible impressed. The place was clean. The lady at the counter was friendly yet she didn’t feel

I’ve been coming to this burger king for almost 3 years and I love it. I usually shit on Burger King because they haven’t been nearly as good as when I was a kid, but this one has been a needle in a haystack. Always great food and prices are perfect for a quick snack. I know it’s fast food but if you’re in the area of Port St John I would stop here instead of the McDonald’s.

The food was hot and well put together! More important, I left my purse. An hour later when I got home I realized it. I drove back and April new immediately why I was there. She had my bag in the back and everything including the cash was there! To many this what you expect but a few months ago I was at Holmes Regional Hospital and has my wallet stollen while my husband was in ICU! Holmes did nothing about it! Once I move back to this neighbor this BK will forever be where I go for a burger.

Ordered through the app today and was informed that the system is down and I have to cancel my order and pay again. The app doesn’t provide any easy way to cancel an order and the girl at the window was very short with me and said they know nothing about the app because the app is corporate and they’re franchised. I come to this store typically once a week or two and I won’t be back again because I’m disappointed in the unhelpful service and bad attitude. I’ve deleted the app as well.

Tate and Natalie both deserve a raise and a promotion!!! They go above and beyond every single time we order from here. BK management needs to know what phenomenal assets Tate and Natalie truly are to their BK team!! My husband and I both swore off BK years ago due to countless terrible experiences at the BK near our last house; so when we tried the PSJ BK we were both blown away and extremely happy because the PSJ staff is amazing and so is the food they make!!! Staff was friendly, but if you are advertising an $16 yellow “Whopper” meal you can’t be missing parts of the “experience” The only reason I didn’t leave those SpongeBob boxes in the drive thru was because my kids had been talking about it all weekend after trying the grinch meal at McDonald’s. They had had no more strawberry pies and stated they were out of the cold foam for the drink whatever I guess, they got they yellow burger and tots.
