I ordered online and picked up my sandwich on my way home from work. It’s about a 15 min drive home from the restaurant, snd upon arriving home I realized that the employee didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich at all. It should have had sriracha and the cheddar cheese sauce. Instead it only had Parmesan cheese and was very dry. I unfortunately don’t have sriracha nor cheese sauce at home and threw the sandwich out after trying it with mayo. I reached out to customer service about the experience thinking maybe I could get a replacement sandwich or a refund but the franchise owner (Shannon) didn’t feel like that was necessary or was a reply to my email even. 0 out of 10, would not recommend this location. The Subway off oh Hanson and Northdale is infinitely better.

Had a lady working alone who was new like only her 4th or 5th day. She was still doing her absolute best to her ability. Didn’t know how to ring up a meal of the day so it certainly cost more. Food was your typical subway food but this falls on management

I made a order though my subway app. It was voided out but a crew member by the name of Shannon because they didn’t have the bread i wanted. Been waiting a month to receive my refund and still haven’t received it, so basically they stole my money and won’t give it back.

Extremely poor service and unwilling to honor the coupons listed as good for only this location (purchased coupon book through Anoka Softball team). Owner of this franchise happened to be there at the time as well and the employee working asked about the coupon and still indicated they would not accept the coupon. Really disappointed in the lack of ownership and customer service for this Subway on Main Street in Anoka MN

To the gentleman working the shift around 3pm on 3/11/25 – you da mvp!
Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and picked up. Not only did he greet us with a smile, the sandwiches were made well and were so good! We’ve ordered from this location before and they were just ok in the past. But HE did a great job; good amount of toppings and service with a smile! He was on top of it (working alone too, i think?), thank you for taking pride in your work!

Waiting at the front of the line and they started taking orders behind me and acted like I was invisible even when the people behind me said I should go first. When I finally did get to order they had to remake the people’s order in front of me because they burnt them. Then when I finally got how I find out I got roast beef on my sandwich and not turkey like I had ordered

Bread is always super soft and fresh! Prices are great and they have daily “sub of the day” specials. Veggies are fresh cut and prep area is clean. Seems to be staffing issues as of late, but who doesn’t have this issue. Been a patron for 20+ years and will continue.

Got here placed an order go to pay then told don’t accept coupons.. we have used them here before so if it changed this should be clearly posted on the door. Nice to know after had it made will not be going back to this location again for sure ..

THEY DON’T ACCEPT COUPONS! I was told this after I ordered ONLY because the sandwich maker noticed that I had them in my hand. No signs up stating this fact. So my $3.99 6-inch sandwich was now almost $8.00 and, of course, no free cookie. The lady standing in line behind me promptly left. Why not accept coupons? Greed? Sad. We won’t be back. I don’t expect this location to be open very long if this is how they run their business.
