On Friday, February 13th, we arrived for dinner around 9 pm. We were seated immediately, but the waitress took 17 minutes to approach our table. I should clarify that there were few people there. We ordered a couple of drinks along with our food. 34 minutes after arriving, we were only served one drink because they didn’t have the beer I ordered, while two other couples who arrived later already had food on their tables. Then the waitress came with two beers, telling me one was complimentary. Our dishes arrived 52 minutes after we arrived, and the ribs I ordered, supposedly the large portion, were much smaller than they looked in the menu photo. When we asked for the bill, surprise!!!!

Chicken was raw. The waitress offer another dish I told her the steak with parmesan and shrimp and that was super salty I couldn’t even take one bite. My son’s chicken strips were dry.

We came to Applebee’s craving some good food and drinks. When we got there, we were greeted and seated immediately. After being seated we saw multiple servers walking around. We waited over 10 minutes for Anyone to at least come by and acknowledge us, which never happened. Now if the restaurant was completely slammed, I could maybe understand. But there were no more than maybe 30 people in the whole restaurant.At one point we Did see a waitress stop by the Booth right next to us. We made eye contact and smiled, and she looked the other way and walked off. After waiting and not being acknowledged, we decided to leave Disappointed and hungry.

Jasmine was our waitress tonight. By far the best server we’ve had in a long time. She’s very smiley , attentive , and so sweet. She’s great at what she does! Came in for my birthday and she surprised me with a little sundae. I really appreciated the service and effort. We will be back!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Applebee’s experience was beyond frustrating.
We walked into an empty restaurant and still waited 10 minutes to be seated. No explanation, no greeting, just ignored. Once seated, it took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and even then, they didn’t have the original drink I wanted.
We ordered the 2 for $29 deal, but were told they were out of fries. I asked for onion rings instead and was charged extra, even though it wasn’t my choice they ran out of a basic side. Then they brought out a chicken tender platter with THREE tiny tenders — for a full meal, not a kid’s plate. I added a pic.
Tried to speak to the manager — he didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the poor service. Our waiter told us he was “instructed” to give us that meal and also offered no apology.
Just felt like no one cared. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability. Definitely not coming back.

Redo my steak at this moment I finished my sides and even eat what my wife didn’t finish I had 2 drinks and waited a total of 45 minutes for my steak a total of 1 hour it took for my steak to be cooked keep in mind the restaurant was at this time only at 35%capacity full the manager was none existent i seen her she doesn’t walk the floor never came to our table at some point I asked my waiter to plz bring me my steak raw I’ll cook it at home that is something I have never said at a restaurant
My son had the endless chicken shrimp and riblet he literally got one plate and ordered a second of shrimp. He never got his second order. At this point, we just paid our bill and gave our waiter a generous tip he did what he can it was obvious to me that the kitchen staff was a joke. I have come to this location enough times to say that the customer service has really gone down hill at this location. On Wednesday, February 11, 2926 I came here with my daughters and two grand babies. Sad to report that the server in the bar areas was not very welcoming. Our entire time at the restaurant we felt like we were a burden to the server in that area. She was very short with us even went so far as to put the check on the table before even asking us if there is anything else we need. Despite her rude behavior we stayed ask for dessert and another round of drinks. We felt like we were just being rushed out. I asked for too-go boxes and tops for the sauces. She did not come back with enough items for the sauces then it took her forever to come back to the table for me to ask for the items I need. At this point we have three checks to pay for and now she is no where to be found. The sad thing is that the other server is being so kind and attentive to her customers. At one point we asked the other server to help us because our server was sitting in a corner table by the bar area talking with another associate. Our table wished we had the other server. Overall our visit here was horrible. The only reason I will continue to come to this establishment is because this is the first time since this location has been open is the first and so far only time I had a bad experience. Sorry Apple Bees but your hiring process needs some work. If this is the kind of people that will be hired it is not good. I do not want to put the employee name in public but for the managers this incident was on 2/11/26 and the person working in the bar area.
