Kennedee was timely and courteous. Knowledgeable with menu and upselling! Our food was delivered hot, fresh and in a timely manor. She was very attentive. We all loved our selections. Steak night, ribeyes and filets. Perfect!

I went for dinner, I was wpproach by hostess and she asked how many. I told her table for 3. The restaurant was not full and she told me it was a 15 minute wait. There was at least 10 empty tables and I still have to wait. Unbelievable. I believe they dont care or they move at turtle speed. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for our server to come to the table.. Our appetizer came first than our drinks. Very poor service.

Had the prime rib medium rare with the bake potato and potato soap. Fiancee had steak and fried shrimp medium rare with broccoli and cheese. Tried the order appetizer and they didn’t tell us that didn’t have what we wanted after waiting about 20 minutes. We got our food and my prime rib was cooked about a medium to medium well. Worst prime rib I’ve ever had. Tasted and smelled like dog food. The bake potato had hardly any cheese. Potato soup was ok. Her steak was rare. Could barely cut it and it was so chewy that she almost choked from the fat and meat like it was stringy. Her fried shrimp was cold and seemed to be left out for a little bit. Our server Brianna was very good. Told her about our experience and how the steak and prime rib wasn’t good. She said she would get the manager but we were in a hurry to leave. First time eating at this location. Bill was over 80 dollars and we got home and ate sandwiches Need better cook.

Saltgrass Steak House was amazing! The food was very good, cooked perfectly, and came out fast. My server Breelynn was super friendly and attentive, which made me feel really comfortable. She checked on me often and made the experience great. I will definitely be back!

I was very lucky to get Stacey as my waitress. She had excellent customer service from making sure everything I was served was up to my standards to telling me about places in the area since I had just moved here. She even used HER free food she gets with HER points to give me a free slice of cake for my birthday. (Which by the way was delightful) Literally made my day since this is my first birthday I’ve ever spent alone and was a bit sad about that. The workers made me feel at home and comfortable. (I have bad anxiety) I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The food alone was wonderful! I tried quail eggs for my first time ever. Soo good! It came with brussel sprouts and I hate brussel sprouts! But I could not stop eating them! The rage rattlers are delicious! I also got the ribeye which was also of course amazing! The only thing I would’ve preferred was my mushrooms to be sliced instead but no biggie. They have a little “game” the employees play together there. They hide these little teeny tiny baby dolls all around the place, so keep an eye out for them!

We had a great dining experience. We were with a group of 12 and had fantastic service. The beverages and appetizers came out quickly. Our entrees were all cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the quail, shrimp jalapeno poppers, & fried pickles. The ribeye is my top choice on the steaks. Hard to not have an outstanding meal here.

We were at Saltgrass to celebrate some friends anniversary. There were about 20 in our group. They put us in a back room which was perfect. It wasn’t loud like the other part of the restaurant. Our server did an excellent job. Our food came out hot and he didn’t make one mistake!
