Food is always fresh. I am addicted to the breakfast, strawberry lemon biscuit and the pulled pork hamburger frisco.
The customer service is exceptional. I have already been to Hardee’s five times in one week and downloaded the app! That’s a testament to how this location is run because for years I have passed by and never stopped. Not anymore!

Went here around 9:45 pm and we placed an online order . I ordered a chicken BLT and didn’t even get what I ordered . My sandwich had no bacon , no tomato and no lettuce and it wasn’t even a fillet. My wife ordered a bacon cheese burger and they gave her the smaller one and with no bread! Is it too close to closing time to provide good food ? Might as well close at 9 if that’s the case if the customer service stops trying.

Just stay away. No matter what time of day it’s just horrible. We just decided to try this location while traveling. The breakfast was horrible, full of grease. It was so much oil the bottom of our bags were soaked with oil. We had to wait 20 mins for them to still come out and deliver the order wrong. Guess what a order of four greasy breakfast combos and no condiments or napkins place in the bag. Horrible

The lady at the front counter was very sweet and inviting to me and my coworker who are first timers, she explained multiple menu items to us and told us what she recommends and whats popular. If you are her boss or higher up I would highly recommend incentivizing her in some way. On top of excellent service she was also very caring for her employees. I overheard one say he was hungry and she offered him to take a break. Oh yeah food was amazing too!!

We stopped in for an early lunch. Decided to dine in. Ended up with 2 yummy meals (frisco BLT and the big cheeseburger, both with fries) and such pleasant conversation with 2 employees and the manager. Left with 2 of their cinnamon rolls for later as well. Definitely recommend stopping by!

We did take-out last night from Hardee’s after a long day and was very disappointed to discover when we got home that we were short-changed an item that we paid for. I called Shaun B to report the error and to try and get a credit but the store manager said we had to come in person with the receipt. This seemed like a real inconvenience to us (after already being inconvenienced) so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally the situation was handled when we got there today. We were helped by multiple people who were all friendly and apologetic for the error and they remade the entire order for us. Well done Hardees employees!

I was very impressed with the experience at your Dundee location. Lunch hour and all the tables were clean. I didn’t have to stand and wait for my order – it was brought to the table. There was lively banter going on behind the counter, not loud and over the top but obviously the employees enjoyed each other and being there. Good job.

Not bad at all. Fries were hot and fresh. Burgers pretty good as well. At least the lobby was open not closed like a Burger King we when first after a while on the drive thru we left. Definitely we’ll be back .
