Want to know why they went bankrupted and will close their doors in the next 10 years… well management, corp, and franchises don’t care about you. Want to change $100 for seafood and try to label your experience as fine dinning. Lol. It would be better if you cleaned your darn places. Every single red lopster is nasty and dirty. Hire a overnight cleaner. Steam clean will go a long way in making these dinosour of restraunt look clean again. Pay night crew $15 a hour maybe 3 hours deep cleaning the walls, carpet, crayon, and dust. Not that hard to do. Get the dry buggers off the walls will help. Even pick up a few napkins and food of the floor. Takes 1 minute. Then steam clean the sneeze and pop stain of the walls and lamps. Then grab a duster every once and awhile. School kindergartens are cleaner then this place. Rotted chuck of the end of lettuce…. really cut the butt off and toss it. Romain butts always rott. Don’t put that on a plate. Come on.

Kelly took care of us well. My wife and I had a long, hard week of work. Red Lobster met our needs and more as we have left-overs to take home and added a strawberry cheesecake to cleanse the palate later!

I enjoyed a “spicy” Sailor’s Boil that had my sinuses going and lips tingling!

Came for my birthday, the waitress was an absolute doll. Love her. She deserves the world. Anyways, they were out of the mushroom appetizer which was moderately disappointing as they’re my favorite but thats okay so instead i splurged and got crab legs, i ate them all they tasted great. My only wish was that maybe they were hot and maybe the butter hotter. My crablegs were slightly less that room temp, and my butter was slightly heated. I’ll say that it was early (noon maybe 11:30) and there was maybe 3 other tables so maybe there was a little unexpected rush for a monday morning. They still tasted fantastic and had great texture. The biscuits were constantly hot and fresh and delish (could pull them apart and see the melting cheese), and everyone elses food was steaming hot and delicious!

The atmosphere reminds me of 10 years ago when my friends and I can here a few times to eat, but feels slightly older. The only music playing was the outside patio music and the bar music, so the dining area was painfully silent with people trying to have conversations but having to have them quietly so as not to disturb others around them. Just a little uncomfy.

Sue was fabulous! Her customer service skills and attention to detail was amazing with a very cheery demeanour. Multi-tasking a room and meeting all kinds of requests. Our meals were perfection. We both had Make Your Own and chose 3 different shrimp options with a side and added salads. It was a feast and a nice early Valentine’s dinner out. Sue made this a great dining experience and the cooks between 1:30 – 3:00 were fabulous!

Went in last night for my mom’s birthday, with 2 kids (7&8). The server was amazing, but the kitchen staff is the problem. Almost an hour wait on food while at a slow period, then my daughter’s well done steak had to go back TWICE to finish cooking on top of the hour wait, and half the table had cold food. Server was nice enough to remove the steak from our order at least.

My family and I went here for lunch one day. The host was great, let my kids touch a lobster. But after that TERRIBLE service. Our drinks came out in a timely manner, but biscuits took forever, and our food was extremely slow. Tables around us who arrived after us had been eating/almost done before we even got our food. The cherry on top was waiting THIRTY MINUTES after plates were cleared for our bill. Tried flagging down every waitress who walked by with no luck. An hour and a half lunch for mediocre frozen fried shrimp and lemonades is ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. What really stood out was the service—Tyanna was an amazing host. She greeted us with a warm smile, was very friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Her positive attitude set the tone for the whole meal. Overall, a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Elyssa was incredible!!! She promptly greeted us as soon as we were seated. Her beautiful smile was so nice and she got our drinks right away. She was very attentive to our meal orders and was consistently checking on us and seeing if we needed anything.

Sue, our server, was smiling and friendly to us and all the customers she served around us. She refilled our cheddar bay biscuits and waters without our needing to request it. Her 30 plus years of serving experience along with the daily special made our dining experience a special occasion.
