Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes just to order. They took 4 cars from the far lane before taking my order. Then two different people came on the speaker at different times and I wasn’t even sure if the person had my order because someone else came on to ask me to order again before I ever got my total. In total, I was in line for 20minutes before getting my order. That’s not fast food.

I would like to give a better score, but, I cannot. The food is usually ok, though it’s often cold within minutes. The people are mostly cool and very pleasant. It’s a busy place and they are always on the go, I don’t expect them to try and be my best friend. My main issue is that the accuracy of orders is not very good at all. 60-70 percent of the time it’s missing something or made incorrectly. This happens at all different times of the day. It’s easy and convenient for on the go food, but it’s becoming a last resort option. When CFA open on that side of town, it will put a hurt on them. I wish it could be at the same level as the one in Carey, they excel in all the ways. It is the best franchise Mc Ds I’ve ever been to.

It’s McDonald’s so I figure everyone knows what it tastes like. French fries are great when cooked crispy and the hamburgers are a little thin but good. Quick tip- use the app and get deals and reward points. It’s definitely worth it.

The lady at the counter is very condescending and rude. Really if it wasn’t for her unfriendly attitude, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I order the same coffee almost every single day if I don’t go to Starbucks. I paid extra for whipped cream and caramel drizzle as you can see in the picture, there really isn’t any on there and it stuck to the lid. I asked for extra cream and sugar, as you can see, I had to add some because there wasn’t any extra and it was supposed to be vanilla and tastes like regular iced coffee. When I said there was supposed to be whipped cream and caramel drizzle because it looked like there wasn’t any on there, the lady was rude and said it’s on there. When I said there is barely any on there, she didn’t offer any extra, just continued with her next guest. Luckily I am out of town and will never return to this location again.

This location has gone downhill. I would say maybe 70% of the time we have an issue. Whether it’s waiting, incorrect order, missing items or just being forgot about entirely. I have received 3 free meal tickets over the past month for waiting or some issues. Especially if you order a frappe good luck they will take 7-10 minutes just to make that then accidentally hand it to the vehicle behind you and have to make another. Attached is a picture of the quality of a Large Mocha Frappe as well. Which clearly looks like a medium in a large cup. Those are $6
Lowering it after waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes today after work. I would have left but I already had a mobile order in. Not only that they messed the order up as usual. Think this is my last time stopping here.

During the morning or day i have had good service & food.
But near closing, i think those workers get upset when it’s 15-20mins near closing & they have to stop their cleanup to make orders.
Past 2 weeks, my large order of fries was more like a large order of salt with fries on the side!! They were so overly salted, you couldn’t eat it unless you wanted salt poisoning, like they dumped extra as a way to get back at the person making a late order, since by the time you found out, they were closed & didn’t care.

Ordered breakfast through the app at 10:30, got to the drive through at 10:40, then sat in line for 25 minutes, after which the lady told me with an attitude that my order couldn’t be placed because the menu had switched over, despite the fact that I had already paid, ordered over a half an hour earlier, and arrived at the restaurant well in advance of the cutoff. Really an atrocious operation.

I went there again this morning and oh my goodness. The only employee that was nice was the guy that takes the orders and collects the money at the drive thru. He always has a smile on his face. The manager and the employee that gives the orders out were so down. It was like they had no sense at all. If you don’t like working early morning hours then find another job. The manager was looking like she was on something and the employee took that hands out the orders. I like the McDonald’s on Tiffin but it’s not close to me. I will never go back to McDonald’s on Trenton. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. Go to the one on Tiffin for friendly service.

Ordered a happy meal and recieved no french fries in my order. When i went in to tell them, a manager in green shirt with ginger red hair took the happy meal box from me and disappeared into the kitchen. she came back, slammed the box on the mobile order area and with a raised voice said/yelled “FRIES.HERE” and then walked away. TERRIBLE customer service. Not to mention how nasty and old my food was. Do not come here if you want any sort of respect
