People need patience. Its fast food but a line longer then Disney. The picture shows they don’t have time to not make it fresh. They are hard working give them the credit they deserve . People want to complain but still come back and eat here because the food is always good. Give credit where credit is due. ✌️

We just left here and this was one of the staff locations I’ve ever found. The food was hot and fresh too. I am extremely impressed with this location. I am The Honest Food Guy on Facebook and they are doing fantastic here.

These people don’t know how to handle the lobby plus the drive through. Customer before me said he was waiting for his family’s meals for 40 minutes. I waited 10 minutes just to take my order. If you don’t know how to balance your lobby and drive through then maybe you guys need to teach each employee especially management on how to run the store. It’s not all about drive through. Hope everyone gets fresh food and better service then I did. But I’ve come here over a dozen times and it’s never changed in over a year if anything gotten worse.

I went to pick up my mobile order and I was met by the manager, which has really ruined my day because he was a nightmare! This is my first time ever seeing him so I assume he’s new but he is 100% unfit to be a manager. He tried to tell me my order was to be picked up at a different location, meanwhile ALL my order details are at HIS location, he showed me my own order, name, everything and still proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t give me my food nor a refund. A new gentleman on the crew saw and heard the altercation and proceeded to give me my order because he knew that the manager was wrong in his actions and the way he was trying to handle the situation. I will not be going back to this location. I also asked for his name, he wouldn’t give it to me and I heard him tell other employees not to give me his name. Someone ultimately said his name is Joseph but I don’t know how true that is.

I’ve gotten bad service here one too many times. I came here at 4am for breakfast with a mobile order and they told me that they weren’t taking orders and I have to come back at 4:30. I came back at 4:30 and they AGAIN told me they were closed until 4:30 lol. I reminded them of the time and she said hold on then someone else came on the drive thru speaker and said it would be another 15-20 minutes and “they ain’t got no food.” This was very unprofessional and rude service. McDonald’s didn’t used to be like this. How did y’all get so bad? SMH

This McDonald’s has come a long way with providing great service. The inside and the outside of the store is clean and appealing.

I ran out of groceries and was starving around 1:30am today, so I went to this McDonald’s (8/30). The woman who took my order was FANTASTIC and even offered me a free cookie because I upsizzed my meal to a large. And then the lady who gave me my drink was also so sweet. The last person I encountered was the manager who was also so polite when handing me my food. Thank you to these workers for having a great attitude especially that late at night!
