I had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! The food was delicious as always, but what truly made the visit special was the outstanding service from Dalon. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. Dalon made sure everything was perfect and checked in with us at the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
It’s rare to find staff who provide such genuine hospitality, and Dalon definitely stood out. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had Johnathan and he was WONDERFUL! And when I say WONDERFUL, I mean WONDERFUL. The lunch was pretty good today especially the salad but the best part was the service we received from Johnathan. My boyfriend did not leave an appropriate tip in my opinion so we’re definitely going back and asking for him and doubling that tip!

My wife and I had a really nice lunch today at the Racine Olive Garden! The unlimited soup and salad is a great lunch entree, and the $6 take home dinners are a great value as well! I also loved the green apple moscato sangria! Definitely would come back!

Early Saturday dinner for 3 of us. Ordered off the smaller portion menu which still includes unlimited soup or salad. For $13, I’m not sure how you go wrong. Meals were good, we were all full, our server Justyce was incredible and the value pretty darn good. Why spend $10-15 on a fast food meal when you can sit down and have real food.

Friendly service however exceptionally slow. We all had water to drink. It took 10 minutes to get the waters. My brother had a blue capri, and it took 15 minutes to get it. My husband and I had soup and salad. My mother had the chicken and shrimp pasta with soup, and my brother had the grilled chicken pasta. The soups – for everyone but me – too just shy of 20 minutes to get. Mine took longer as they were making a “fresh” batch. The salad came at the time of everyone else’s soup. My mom and brother’s meals took almost 30 minutes to get. While the food is good, the wait to get it is ridiculous.

I politely asked the waiter to cancel a dish I had ordered, and he immediately said no. Then he asked me why, turned around, and started talking to another customer while looking in my direction with a sarcastic smile. I’ve never had such a bad experience with customer service until today, when I got that waiter. My order was for pickup… my car was parked for over 20 minutes, and when I got home, my food was cold and dry.

Did a mobile order so I should have figured. I got there early for pick up and let them know to be nice. The staff was rude complaining that I showed up too early (waited 45min) on an “asap” order. Food itself was mixed bag. Baked pasta tasted okay, but was crumbly. Salad was not washed or looked at beforehand, had to throw rotting pieces out. Bread sticks were drier than normal.
