We came for an early Valentine’s dinner, because my girlfriend is having cancer surgery in two days, and I open heart in a couple weeks…. We had an absolutely amazing experience tonight here!! Nate our server was a friendly, fantastic, and observant person!! We never had empty drinks, or water, and asked how things were a couple times, a real asset to the restaurant!! Alma the on duty manager was also friendly, and visited our table!! We will absolutely be back!!

My family was there tonight to celebrate my son’s 14th Birthday. He wanted to try lobster for the first time so I thought Red Lobster is the perfect place and it was! From start to finish the experience was great! Great food, service, ambience and even though I was on crutches (pain in the a$$) we were seated at a perfect table that allowed my crutches to be against the wall and not in everyone’s way. The night ended with the cutest Birthday sundae and my son (who filled up on lobster, salmon, some of my dinner and broccoli) ate the whole thing and asked if we can come back for half Birthdays! I said we can definitely come back for your next Birthday and definitely before since he loved it so much! I just wanted to Thank Your amazing staff!

This establishment is a family favourite. The food is always damn decent. The menu is a bit different every time that we visit, but there is always several good options. This most recent occasion I got the jambalaya and enjoyed how well it was seasoned.
The vibes are pretty decent and on theme. If you know what a red lobster looks like, this fits the mould.

Bartender Hailey was very outgoing and kind. I took my client who has dementia out for a beer and she gave him the room to tell stories to her which was so kind. Food was great and manager Bob even made his way over to us to see how service and food was.

My boyfriend and I went out for our 2 year anniversary, the food was good, but what made the experience so much more wonderful is our server Michelle. Right off the bat she greeted us with this uplifting mood, she interacted with us in a way i’ve never seen before. She made this a much more memorable experience for us! I hope she does well, she also signed a card for us which was so sweet!!

We had a large group (20 people). 1 of the women found a piece of cardboard in her food! The female manager was EXTREMELY rude about it!!! She went through the plate at the table and tried to convince the woman that it was a potato peel (which it was NOT)!!! Then she rolled her eyes and walked away!
I will say though – that everyone else’s food was good and our waitress was AMAZING!!! She never let our drinks get empty, was incredibly helpful and overall just did an amazing job (which can sometimes be difficult with groups this large). I truly wish more servers were as kind and helpful as she was. She is truly a tremendous asset to Red Lobster!!!

BEWARE! I received an email from Red Lobster outlining the daily specials. On Friday, 2/20/26. I went to the restaurant with my wife and ordered the Fish & Chips that was advertised as $15.99 in the email that I received on that same day. However, when the check came, I was charged $17.99. When I asked the waiter about this, he simply said that this restaurant is not part of this marketing promotion, and the $15.99 price will NOT be accepted. Ironically, when you look at the website for this location, it stated that it is $15.99 under the Daily Deals section. I was stunned! I called the Supervisor and he repeatedly said that price may differ by location and was very defensive in his tone. My point is it is not about the price difference; it is about the principle. We have been going to Red Lobster for many years. This will be our last.

Had lunch today with my sister for her birthday and shared the “ultimate feast”. It was amazing and came out fast! Tanya was an incredible server, very attentive and Bob the manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay. Great service keeps people coming back!
We mentioned in passing that we were there for a birthday and they brought out a free sundae which was so so kind AND offered us free to-go cups for drinks.
I’ve been the Red Lobster in other cities before and never experienced this high quality of service. Can’t recommend it enough!

The food was great and Eileen provided the best service. She was very attentive. We had to wait just a bit for our food so she brought a lobster chowder to us, on the house, while we waited.
