Food was alright. For the price the portions could have been bigger. But whatever, our Server was awesome! She was super friendly and talked to my kids when ordering like they were humans. She was also super friendly to my wife when my wife was being indecisive about what to order and recommended her food for her. Over all the food was good, but nothing to write home about.
Thanks to our awesome server (the pregnant one!) For making us feel welcomed and being patient with my quiet kids when they were ordering their food.

Oh id like to add “the front desk” being the same spot where phone orders are taken does not make for a very welcoming environment. I felt ignored standing there waiting for someone to seat us, and it wasn’t until another person came up to ask if we were waiting for an order that we were seated. There was no seat yourself, or wait to be seated sign. And the people on the phone just completely ignored us. A simple “1 second” would have gone a long way.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time today (Veterans Day) around 12:50 p.m. to redeem the free veteran meal. When I arrived, the hostess wearing a Chiefs jersey told me there would be a 15–20 minute wait, but she didn’t take my name or number—just told me to wait. I figured that was the process, so I sat down patiently. ( it’s now 1:45 p.m( and still no 10 boneless wings) ( left at 1:55 ) ( for 10 overcooked boneless wings that’s contaminated with chili sauce )

At 1:24 p.m., I watched another veteran walk in and get seated and order right away, even though I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. That’s when I approached the staff and mentioned that I’d been waiting since 12:50 p.m.

Instead of trying to fix the issue, the other host (Katelyn) gave me an attitude and acted like I was the problem, even though I was simply following the instructions I was given. I understand today is a busy day, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service—especially when someone is respectful and patient.

This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. No one apologized, no one took accountability, and the experience felt dismissive from start to finish. Being a veteran, I was looking forward to enjoying a good meal and showing support for a business that recognizes service members—but this visit was frustrating and disappointing instead.

Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback and ensures better communication and professionalism from the hosting staff in the future.

It was amazing. The atmosphere was nice we were able to see multiple sports games at once while eating. The food was hot and fresh, and we had multiple people checking in on us through out the time we were there. Definitely would recommend to everyone who’s looking for a fun place to eat.

Value amazing!. 20 wings with a good amount of potato wedges for $26 that’s value fed two of us… Sauces always are on par.. potato wedges high quality.
But your wings ,your specialty have been dry The last couple times we have picked up an order on time and we only live 10 minutes away so I’m not sure if just getting them picked up and taking them home is drying them out. Maybe we will go eat in there next time but my wife’s first bite of her wing she goes. Oh my God I’m going to break a tooth. I don’t think that’s a carryout problem.

Our server was so sweet, she was funny and very attentive to our table. I’m sad that I didn’t get her name! Food was good, some pieces of chicken were dry. Good spot to sit down and grab a quick bite.

Food was good, service was great, everything came out hot and as we ordered it. The restaurant was fine too though some of the TVs need to be replaced. It was eerie that we were the only people in there though… There’s gotta be a reason for that and we’re just not aware of it.

My waitress Bella was amazing, for only being on the job 3 days.

My friend and I did the wing challenge (all you can eat chicken). Good food.

Whatever town or state I happen to be in, Buffalo Wild Wings is the first restaurant I seek out. The food and service is universally excellent. I love how they combine a restaurant friendly atmosphere with the feel of a sports bar. There is also plenty of television entertainment and rolling trivia. This is a perfect place to hang out with friends, or just relax with a beer and some great food.
