It’s not correct
I was in vacation and when I returned for my home and check my credit card! Get the surprise!!! You charged me $60 per a food that valued $44 in the maximum!!! 02 Hamburguers, 02 Pepsi and 01 juice for my daugther!!!

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Pier Park on the evening of February 7. One person in our group had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, so we were really hoping for a good first experience. The food we did receive was actually great and tasted exactly how we expected. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. Our server, I believe her name was Clark, was wearing an orange Auburn jersey, and the service was less than satisfactory from the start. I ordered the Watermelon Red Bull Punch from the handcrafted beverage menu, expecting something mixed or specialty-style. Instead, I was brought a very small can of Red Bull that cost $6, which was disappointing considering I could buy two for that price at a gas station. There was no explanation beforehand that this drink was simply a can of Red Bull.We also ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Our server actually sat at our table and asked if we wanted an appetizer, and we clearly said mozzarella sticks. After waiting quite a while and never receiving them, I asked about it and was told, “Oh, I never put them in because y’all didn’t say y’all wanted them,” which was frustrating since we absolutely did.On top of that, our main food took a long time to come out, making the overall wait feel excessive. While the food itself was good, the service made the experience disappointing—especially for someone’s first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Sadly, it did not leave a great first impression.

Honestly the 1st visit was amazing but the 2nd visit the next day, we ended up waiting 1hour to get food. It got really busy. The food is delicious and worth waiting but the managers need to step up staff training. The restrooms needed to be restocked and they need a few guys clearing off tables. The waiters were friendly but need to kick it in to gear. The lady behind the cash register had a bi tc hy attitude but I think it was just 1of them days. I’d go back but hopefully won’t have to wait an hour for food. We had other plans and didn’t want to just leave because we were starving.

Food was great. They had it came out just as we asked. Service was wonderful. They accommodate us by pulling table for us. Our server was amazing we didn’t even have to ask for refill. Refill was given before we were out. Atmosphere get great. Would love to come back again if I was ever to come back to Panama FL.

I haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years, but I used to love going, so I was hoping for a similar experience—and honestly, it went above and beyond my expectations. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and our waitress, Nicole, truly made the visit special. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and sweet, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. Because of this experience, we might just make Buffalo Wild Wings a regular stop after church. So glad we came back!

Understaffed. Waited 20 minutes along with other families for a hostess to show up to be seated. Once we were waited on, the drink orders were forgotten about. A different server apprared and took our order. The wait was reasonable, but the food came out cold. Crowd capacity was 60 to 70%. Tables and chairs were available while our family was dining, including at the bar.
Wanted to raise the stated issues with management but it appeared there were only two associates working in the dining area. On the plus side, it appeared that all of the TVs were working and it smelled clean, like chlorine, which I appreciate.

Unbelievable slow service. We went on a Monday night. There were more waitresses than parties, but somehow we waited an hour for food. Honestly felt forgotten and that we could have walked out without anyone knowing. Our waitress, even having just us as a table, would disappear for long stretches. Food was super rushed when it did arrive and everything was overly spicy. Super disappointed, and not up to normal BW3 standards.

We waited over an hour to have food, there was no waitresses to ask how we are doing or explaining why it took so long. My son ordered very mild wings but ended up getting the extremely spicy wings, which he couldn’t even finish. Yes, they took off his food from the check and gave a 15% discount, but still proceeded to add the 18% large group gratuity to the bill. We will not be back.
