I recently visited Burger Theory and their burgers are delicious. Small menu. I had the Classic Double Cheeseburger medium well, no tomatoes, and fries. Nice and modern burger restaurant located inside the Holiday Inn. Comfortable indoor seating with booths and or open tables. Decent size square -like bar located in the middle of the restaurant. Parking lot located walking distance from the restaurant. Maybe free parking for customers. Recommend talking to your server. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

We ordered the shrimp, appetizer and steak dinner for our date night. The protein was just fine. We were completely thrown back by the potatoes. The mashed potatoes were not fresh. They were what we would consider a dry potato mix that was quickly made. It was very cold and runny, and it did not complement the steak or the sauce at all. Highly recommend investing in a different style of mashed potatoes.
Our service was the only thing that kept us in the building. the bartender was the only waitstaff in the restaurant that day and was running back and forth to accommodate us and the few guest that were in the booths. we will be back to try the burgers but wasn’t too impressed our first time

Great burgers… Juicy, not dry like other places. The burger Cooked as requested..I should have requested my wings cooked longer. I like a crunch on mine. Staff courteous and friendly. Will return to try the fish sandwich.

Although I had the grilled chicken, which was tender juicy and very flavorful without tasting salty, I noticed a few others with burgers and they looked just as delicious.
The fries were a little heavy on the seasoning but still crispy in all the right spots.
Burger Theory is located inside the Holiday Inn, but even still, it had it’s own charm without being over powered by the hotel atmosphere. The bar tender was quick attentive, and courteous. Great service all around. The beer selection was great ranging from IPA to darker brews and local brands.
A nice off the beaten path spot, in Columbus.

I’ll admit, I didn’t have the burger, but stopped in for breakfast and got the omlette. It was alright, but fairly average. Hostess/server was very nice and polite.

Don’t expect much from a lobby restaurant and I never write reviews but had to warn everyone.
Waited an hour for my Burger when there were maybe 5 people sitting down. All that only to receive an almost not edible burger with fries that look like they had better days.
Do not go. They should close, maybe stick to continental breakfast….
