We’re here just about every Sunday—that should say enough there. Staff is friendly (shout out to Kevin!), and it’s always a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

This is the absolute best Bruegger’s location I’ve been to. It’s cozy, filled with natural light, and the staff, especially the manager Kevin, are always super helpful, positive, and committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. Food is always fresh and comes out quickly. I’d go out of my way to go to this location if I wanted a great bagel and incredible service.

This place has always been slow but they would usually get it done (but not today). The mobile order is where they have a pretty big weak point. We show up after ordering 20 minutes prior. My son politely asked if they had “our name” ready – They told my son if it isn’t there it isn’t ready. We continued to wait, I then went up and they became defensive and toggled back on the monitor and said we don’t even see your name or order and said “You ordered at a different addressed Brueggers”. They were rude and condescending – they wouldn’t even look at my receipt on the phone to verify . I’ll try to attach the order as it shows I did order and it is the correct address.

The amount of times I’ve come to this location I always leave with a smile on my face! Mary/Tyler & Kevin are an absolute rockstar team!! By the time I finished paying for my order, Tyler “the sandwich maker” already had my order finished and bagged up in record time!! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!!

I arrived for a pickup order after the time it was supposed to be ready, It was not. I patiently waited 10 min. I asked when my order would be ready. And was told I needed to be patient..
If their computer system was having a problem, this is not my responsibility.
