The overall experience at this location was really disappointing. There were dirty, smelly mops and cleaning tools left out in the open, right next to the seating area. Seeing that in a place where people eat is unacceptable. It kills your appetite and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards.
On top of that, one of the employees had her hair completely loose and messy while handling food. There’s no way to be sure her hair isn’t falling into the meals. This is a clear sign that management is not paying attention to hygiene rules or employee appearance.
The restroom was also in terrible condition, but I couldn’t even take photos because it was that bad. It honestly made the whole experience worse.
This location really needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization. In its current state, it does not feel clean or trustworthy at all.

Wonderful location! Breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff was nice and attentive. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Prices were decent. There is a few truck and RV parking spaces. Disgusting Restroom Speaks Volumes About Kitchen Cleanliness
I was horrified by the state of this restaurant’s restroom—filthy sinks, and overflowing trash that made me question the entire establishment’s cleanliness. If they can’t even maintain basic hygiene in the restroom, I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like.
To make matters worse, employees were loudly arguing and yelling at each other near the dining area, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. If staff can’t handle basic workplace decorum, how can customers trust them to handle food safely?
I ordered a McChicken but received a half-assembled burger with lukewarm chicken and only one bun. After waiting an additional 10 minutes for it to be remade, I decided to cancel my order due to concerns about cleanliness.
When I asked the manager to cancel, she simply looked at me and walked away without a word. I stood there for several minutes, completely ignored, before finally leaving. After a 9-hour drive, waiting 30 minutes for a refund was the last thing I wanted to deal with.
Extremely poor service and quality—would not recommend.
Between the disgusting restroom and the chaotic staff behavior, this place screams negligence. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless they want to risk their appetite—and possibly their health.

Our food was good. Service was decent. The place needs better upkeep. The trash cans were overflowing, the fountain drink area was dirty and messy. They were also out of straws.
I read the reviews about the restrooms but I did not dare to venture into that.

Restrooms were very dirty, 3 unflushed toilets, sinks filthy, trash cans in each stall overflowing with trash. Had to wipe our own table before we sat down. Manage brought food to table, literally sat food down on table, turned around and walked away with out saying a single word. Daughter of manager was in restaurant in a FaceTime call the entire time we were in restaurant and very loud. Tables uncleaned with trash on them. Soda counter was very cluttered with lids and unwiped liquid.

Stopped here during an 8 hour trip. It was a decent visit. Store was clean and the food was pretty unremarkable. My McDoubles were caked in condiments which made for a very sloppy meal. The staff weren’t exceptional, just okay which is fine.
For a quick bite, I recommend here. There’s hardly any other option in Brinkley.

Look, I know it’s only McDonald’s but this particular restaurant was about the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to anywhere in the world. The floors were filthy, my shoes actually stuck to it. The toilets were disgusting. Urine everywhere. Sinks hadn’t been cleaned. No paper. The drinks machines had no syrup in them. The food was served cold. The staff in the kitchen were standing around chatting and playing with their braids. Avoid this place if you can.

This place has 3.2 stars FOR A REASON! Avoid this place like you’d Avoid a plague! Bathroom was destroyed so don’t plan on using it unless its an emergency and even then I’d proceed with caution. All I ordered was a coffee with milk and sugar and I got cream and sugar which I would have drank if cream didn’t make me use the toilet in a BAD way so the girl remade it for me and in return gave me a black coffee, then remade it again only to then get a coffee with milk and no sugar as I was waiting for my coffee, 2 ppl in less than 2 minutes came in requesting their messed up orders be fixed. Well if the workers in the back weren’t literally laying on the counter and were paying attention to what they were doing they wouldn’t have to redo their jobs multiple times in a row! This place is the epiphany of not giving a hoot about their work!

Horrible! No toilet paper,no soap. All trash cans were over flowing and stacked in floor. Even in stalls. I definitely wasn’t going to eat there.
