Not a bad place to get together for a younger crowd. The music is a little too loud and service is okay. I understand if it gets busy that you can forget but, some servers need to write things down and not leave it to memory as things are forgotten. Food was okay just a bit oily, guess it’s because of the cheese ♂️ this was the OM cheese burger.

My order hadn’t went through in their Applebees system and the manager was almost leaving but he still took the time to figure out why my order that was already paid was not showing up and he helped me resolve it and get my spinach dip on time, hot and ready. And as a pregnant person this goes a long way!!!! I wish I knew the manager name but it was Friday afternoon before 5pm! He wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish.very thankful!

I really like coming here for happy hour not only is the price right on the drinks but the happy hour food menu is pretty good too. The artichoke dip and the wonton tacos are delicious. I’ve also come here a couple of times for breakfast, not bad. I really wish the waitress would come around more often but they do have a tablet on the table you can also order from.

I came with my family after a very long day at work, our server was Hanna who was great and so helpful! Eventually we were approached by the photographer who took fabulous photos of us we ended up buying 5 LOL!
Overall we had a great time, and didn’t have to wait too long for service or food!

This was my first time going to Applebees since my move from South Carolina, the menu was a bit different (the 2 for 25$) but that was fine, I had the margarita flight which was amazing!!! It was also only 15$ which was so dope!!!! However my reason for leaving a review was not the food or the drinks, it was our Server Hana (I really hope I’m spelling it right/ she was blonde) she was sooo cool, she was so welcoming and warm!!! Has to be the best server I’ve ever had at Applebees, she took time aside to help us with a list of fun places to go in the riverdale area, without having to go to the city!!! Blessing’s to her for real!!!! Her personality was on fire!!! I rarely ever leave review’s, but this time it was earned for sure. Whoever hired her was smart!!!!! We will be back many times, as we just moved right around the corner

What can I say about Applebees…. A shadow of what once was a great restaurant that you could eat out on a budget. The food was bland, meat over cooked and salty. The only thing I enjoyed were the appetizers. A good experience was the staff. They were polite and on point. So no complaints there. I won’t be returning just because my money will be better spent at the grocery store.

I was at this Apple bees on Sunday October 26th, 2025 around 630pm. We were celebrating my Wife’s birthday. There was only one waitress for one side of the restaurant…..opposite side of the bar section. The waitress took the order for drinks and food. The drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive. The food took just as long probably longer. This waitress took orders, picked up the plates, etc, etc. An important note is that the restaurant wasn’t packed and still the wait time was exaggerated. This Apple bees needs to have more wait personnel. They are obviously penny pinching with the staff. More money in their pockets, yet the customers are being treated like second class citizens. Very very slow service….you should avoid this location like the plague. Frustration will be your only outcome.

It’s a really nice place! I been to other Applebee’s, but this one is much much better. Staff is respectful, the seating was proper, the wait time was fast. Try it out, you will definitely appreciate this Applebee’s. Thank you to all of the staff here at Applebee’s.

I visited Applebee’s last night and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. Our waitress was extremely rude and passive aggressive from the start.
When I asked about a drink I saw online but didn’t see on the in store menu, she laughed at me and said, “Girl, if it’s not there, just ask it’s the same thing,” in a mocking tone. I was simply trying to clarify, since I obviously don’t work for Applebee’s, but her response came off as very unprofessional and dismissive.
Throughout the night, her attitude didn’t improve. When we were waiting for the check, we mentioned we were still waiting for a drink to be added, and she brushed us off, saying it didn’t matter and that it was too busy to adjust the bill that we should just pay as is. I still tipped extra to account for the drink, but the situation felt careless and unprofessional.
As for the food, it was disappointing as well. The loaded mashed potatoes and triple appetizer came out cold and not as advertised. The only things we actually ate were the steak and a few mozzarella sticks and honestly, that was just because we were hungry after a long day. Everything else was left untouched.
Overall, this visit fell far below expectations. I completely understand that restaurants get busy and staff can feel overwhelmed, but professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as both the service and food quality need major improvement.
